亞伯蘭謂所多瑪王曰、我指天地之主宰、至高天主耶和華而誓、

But Abram said to the king of Sodom,“ With raised hand I have sworn an oath to the Lord, God Most High, Creator of heaven and earth,

But Abram said to the king of Sodom,“ I have raised my hand to make a promise to the Lord. He is the Most High God. He is the Creator of heaven and earth.

But Abram said to the king of Sodom,“ I have lifted my hand to the Lord, God Most High, Possessor of heaven and earth,

Abram replied to the king of Sodom,“ I solemnly swear to the Lord, God Most High, Creator of heaven and earth,

昔我誓賜亞伯拉罕以撒雅各之地、必導爾入之、予爾為業、我乃耶和華也、

我聞河上衣枲衣者、向天舉左右手、指永生者而誓曰、必歷一載二載半載、迨摧聖民之權已盡、則諸事畢焉、

我所見立於海與地之使者、舉右手向天、指生至世世、造天地海與其中之物者、誓曰、時不復延矣、

大地與充其間者、世界暨居其上者、悉屬耶和華兮、

俾知爾名耶和華者、在於寰宇、獨為至高兮、

我向天舉手曰、我指永生而誓、

亞伯拉罕植垂絲柳於別是巴、禱永生上帝耶和華之名、

厥期既盡、我尼布甲尼撒舉目望天、靈性遂復、乃稱謝至上者、頌美尊崇永生者、其權永存、其國歷世弗替、

萬軍之耶和華曰、銀為我有、金亦我有、

耶弗他見之、則裂衣曰、嗚呼吾女、使我憯怛、加我苦難、我向耶和華啟口、不能食言、

今汝在此、當指上帝而誓、毋欺我暨我子孫、依我所厚待爾者、待我及爾所旅之邦、亞伯拉罕曰、我誓之、先是、有井為亞比米勒僕強據、亞伯拉罕責之、亞比米勒曰、是誰所為、吾弗知也、爾未告我、今日我始聞之、亞伯拉罕以牛羊饋亞比米勒、互相結約、又以牝羔七、別置一處、亞比米勒曰、此七牝羔、別置一處、何也、曰、爾必由我受之、以為我鑿此井之據、因二人相誓於彼、故名其地曰別是巴、

亞伯蘭年九十有九、耶和華顯見、諭之曰、我乃全能之上帝、爾宜行於我前、而為完人、

巍巍在上、永永其居、名為聖者曰、我居高而且聖之所、且與痛悔謙冲之人偕居、以蘇謙冲者之神、而暢痛悔者之心、

祝之曰、願天地之主宰、至高之上帝、錫嘏於亞伯蘭、至高上帝、以敵付於爾手、宜頌美焉、亞伯蘭以其所獲者、什一奉之、
