神说：“天下面的水要聚集在一处，使干地露出来。”事就这样成了。

上帝说：“天空下面的水要聚在一处，使干地露出来。”果然如此。

神说：“天下的水要聚在一处，使旱地露出来！”事就这样成了。

神说：“让天底下的水聚集到一处，让干处显现。”事情就如此成就了。

神說：「天下的水要聚在一處，使旱地露出來。」事就這樣成了。

上帝說：「天下面的水要聚集在一處，使乾地露出來。」事就這樣成了。

上帝曰、天下諸水、宜匯一區、俾見大陸、有如此也、

And God said,“ Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place, and let dry ground appear.” And it was so.

God said,“ Let the water under the sky be gathered into one place. Let dry ground appear.” And that’s exactly what happened.

And God said,“ Let the waters under the heavens be gathered together into one place, and let the dry land appear.” And it was so.

Then God said,“ Let the waters beneath the sky flow together into one place, so dry ground may appear.” And that is what happened.

Then God said,“ Let the water under the sky be gathered into one place, and let the dry land appear.” And it was so.

Then God said,“ Let the waters below the heavens be gathered into one place, and let the dry land appear”; and it was so.

Then God said,“ Let the waters under the heavens be gathered together into one place, and let the dry land appear”; and it was so.

And God said, Let the waters under the heavens be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.

Then God said,“ Let the water under the sky be gathered into one place, and let the dry land appear.” And it was so.

And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry[ land] appear: and it was so.

But they deliberately forget that long ago by God’s word the heavens came into being and the earth was formed out of water and by water. (niv)

Should you not fear me?” declares the Lord.“ Should you not tremble in my presence? I made the sand a boundary for the sea, an everlasting barrier it cannot cross. The waves may roll, but they cannot prevail; they may roar, but they cannot cross it. (niv)

The sea is his, for he made it, and his hands formed the dry land. (niv)

He answered,“ I am a Hebrew and I worship the Lord, the God of heaven, who made the sea and the dry land.” (niv)

All streams flow into the sea, yet the sea is never full. To the place the streams come from, there they return again. (niv)

He gathers the waters of the sea into jars; he puts the deep into storehouses. (niv)

when he established the clouds above and fixed securely the fountains of the deep,when he gave the sea its boundary so the waters would not overstep his command, and when he marked out the foundations of the earth. (niv)

He marks out the horizon on the face of the waters for a boundary between light and darkness. (niv)

“ Who shut up the sea behind doors when it burst forth from the womb,when I made the clouds its garment and wrapped it in thick darkness,when I fixed limits for it and set its doors and bars in place,when I said,‘ This far you may come and no farther; here is where your proud waves halt’? (niv)

The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it;for he founded it on the seas and established it on the waters. (niv)

And he swore by him who lives for ever and ever, who created the heavens and all that is in them, the earth and all that is in it, and the sea and all that is in it, and said,“ There will be no more delay! (niv)

He set the earth on its foundations; it can never be moved.You covered it with the watery depths as with a garment; the waters stood above the mountains.But at your rebuke the waters fled, at the sound of your thunder they took to flight;they flowed over the mountains, they went down into the valleys, to the place you assigned for them.You set a boundary they cannot cross; never again will they cover the earth. who by his understanding made the heavens, His love endures forever.who spread out the earth upon the waters, His love endures forever. (niv)

and lays the beams of his upper chambers on their waters. He makes the clouds his chariot and rides on the wings of the wind. (niv)

He spreads out the northern skies over empty space; he suspends the earth over nothing. (niv)
