唉，无知的加拉太人哪！是谁迷惑了你们呢？被钉十字架的耶稣基督，难道不是先前被描绘在你们眼前的吗？我只想请教你们这一点：你们领受了圣灵，是本于律法上的行为，还是本于信而听从呢？

这信心和爱是藉着那为你们存留在天上的盼望，这盼望是你们在传到你们那里的福音真理之话语中所听过的，

我说这话，是免得有人用花言巧语欺骗你们。因为，我虽然身体不在你们那里，心灵却与你们同在，而且看见你们有秩序，对基督的信仰也坚定不移，我就感到快乐。所以，你们怎样接受了主基督耶稣，就应当怎样在他里面行事，照着你们所受的教导，在他里面得以扎根、建造，在信仰上得以确立，在感谢中丰足有余。你们要当心，免得有人用哲学和虚空的妄言把你们掳去；那些是出于人的传统，出于世界的原则，而不是出于基督。

在基督里，你们也听从了真理的话语，就是那使你们得救的福音，并且信了基督，就蒙了所应许的圣灵为印记。

保罗、巴拿巴与他们发生了不小的争执和辩论，他们就指定保罗、巴拿巴和其中的另一些人为这争议的问题，上耶路撒冷到使徒们和长老们那里去。

我们之所以也不住地感谢神，是因为你们接受了从我们所听的神的话语，没有把它看做人的话语，而是把它看做神的话语接受了；这确实是神的话语，而且它也正在你们这些信的人里面做工。

各位蒙爱的人哪，我一直十分殷切地要写信给你们，谈论我们共有的救恩；我感到有必要写信鼓励你们，为曾经一次性地托付给圣徒们的信仰而努力争战，
