命爾以斯拉、憑爾上帝所賦之智、設立有司士師、以治河西之民、悉爾上帝律者、其未悉者、則訓迪之、

“以斯拉啊，要照着你神赐你的智慧，将所有明白你神律法的人立为士师、审判官，治理河西的百姓，使他们教训一切不明白神律法的人。

“你，以斯拉啊，要照着你上帝赐你的智慧，指派所有明白你上帝律法的人作官长、审判官，治理河西所有的百姓，教导不明白上帝律法的人。

“你，以斯拉啊，要照着你神赐你的智慧，指派所有明白你神律法的人作官长、审判官，治理河西所有的百姓，教导不明白神律法的人。

“你以斯拉要运用上帝赐给你的智慧委派官员和审判官，让他们治理河西省的人民，就是明白你上帝律法的人。你要教导那些不明白你上帝律法的人。

至于你以斯拉，你要照着你手中神的智慧书，委任法官和官吏，治理在河西那边所有明白你神的律法的人民，那些不晓得律法的人，你要教导他们。

「以斯拉啊，要照着你神賜你的智慧，將所有明白你神律法的人立為士師、審判官，治理河西的百姓，使他們教訓一切不明白神律法的人。

「你，以斯拉啊，要照着你上帝賜你的智慧，指派所有明白你上帝律法的人作官長、審判官，治理河西所有的百姓，教導不明白上帝律法的人。

「你，以斯拉啊，要照着你神賜你的智慧，指派所有明白你神律法的人作官長、審判官，治理河西所有的百姓，教導不明白神律法的人。

「你以斯拉要運用上帝賜給你的智慧委派官員和審判官，讓他們治理河西省的人民，就是明白你上帝律法的人。你要教導那些不明白你上帝律法的人。

至於你以斯拉，你要照著你手中神的智慧書，委任法官和官吏，治理在河西那邊所有明白你神的律法的人民，那些不曉得律法的人，你要教導他們。

『你呢、以斯拉啊，你要照你的上帝的智慧、就是你手中所有的、去分派審判官、司法員、就是可以為大河以西那邊的人民、為一切明白你的上帝之律法的人、司理法案，使不明白上帝律法的人得以明白。

命爾以士喇、憑上帝所賦之智、凡洞悉上帝律例者、簡為士師、鞫河西之民、其未悉者、爾訓迪之。

以斯拉歟、我命爾循爾天主所賦爾之智慧、選擇識爾天主律法者、立為刑官、刑官或作有司士師、以鞫河西之民、其未識者、爾則誨之、

And you, Ezra, in accordance with the wisdom of your God, which you possess, appoint magistrates and judges to administer justice to all the people of Trans-Euphrates— all who know the laws of your God. And you are to teach any who do not know them.

Ezra, appoint judges and other court officials. When you do it, use the wisdom your God gives you. Those you appoint should do what is right and fair when they judge people. They should do it for everyone who lives west of the Euphrates River. They should do it for everyone who knows the laws of your God. And I want you to teach the people who don’t know those laws.

“ And you, Ezra, according to the wisdom of your God that is in your hand, appoint magistrates and judges who may judge all the people in the province Beyond the River, all such as know the laws of your God. And those who do not know them, you shall teach.

“ And you, Ezra, are to use the wisdom your God has given you to appoint magistrates and judges who know your God’s laws to govern all the people in the province west of the Euphrates River. Teach the law to anyone who does not know it.

And you, Ezra, according to God’s wisdom that you possess, appoint magistrates and judges to judge all the people in the region west of the Euphrates who know the laws of your God and to teach anyone who does not know them.

“ And you, Ezra, according to the wisdom of your God which is in your hand, appoint magistrates and judges so that they may judge all the people who are in the province beyond the Euphrates River, that is, all those who know the laws of your God; and you may teach anyone who is ignorant of them.

And you, Ezra, according to your God-given wisdom, set magistrates and judges who may judge all the people who are in the region beyond the River, all such as know the laws of your God; and teach those who do not know them.

And thou, Ezra, after the wisdom of thy God that is in thy hand, appoint magistrates and judges, who may judge all the people that are beyond the River, all such as know the laws of thy God; and teach ye him that knoweth them not.

And you, Ezra, according to God’s wisdom that you possess, appoint magistrates and judges to judge all the people in the region west of the Euphrates who know the laws of your God and to teach anyone who does not know them.

And thou, Ezra, after the wisdom of thy God, that[ is] in thine hand, set magistrates and judges, which may judge all the people that[ are] beyond the river, all such as know the laws of thy God; and teach ye them that know[ them] not.

“ Now you, Ezra, in keeping with the wisdom of your God which you possess, appoint judges and court officials who can arbitrate cases on behalf of all the people who are in Trans-Euphrates who know the laws of your God. Those who do not know this law should be taught.

You, Ezra, according to the wisdom of your God that is in your hand, appoint magistrates and judges, who may judge all the people who are beyond the River, who all know the laws of your God; and teach him who doesn’t know them.

於爾上帝耶和華所賜之邑、按各支派、設立士師、有司、秉公鞫民、

以斯拉決志究察耶和華律、而遵行之、且以典章律例、訓誨於以色列中、○

祭司之脣、宜存智識、人當求法律於其口、以其為萬軍耶和華之使也、

蓋其誡為燈、其教為光、訓誨之譴責、為生命之路、

是日誦摩西書、俾民聽聞、見書載云、亞捫摩押二族、永不得入上帝會、因其不以糧與水、迎以色列人、乃賂巴蘭來詛之、惟我上帝變詛為祝、民聞此律、則由以色列中、屏諸雜族、○

爰命河西方伯達乃、及示他波斯乃、與其同儕、河西亞法薩迦人、宜遠其所、

爾中若有缺於智者、當求上帝、彼博施於眾、不責乎人、必賜之焉、

約沙法亦立利未人與祭司、及以色列族長於耶路撒冷、為耶和華行鞫聽訟、居於耶路撒冷、王命之曰、爾當寅畏耶和華、專心誠實行此、爾之昆弟居於各邑、如有訟事就爾、或為流血、或犯法度誡命、典章律例、當訓戒之、免其獲罪於耶和華、致耶和華之怒及爾、與爾昆弟、爾依此而行、則無罪矣、

蓋耶和華錫予智慧、知識通明、出於其口、

惟自上之智、則首貞潔、次和平、溫良、柔順、充以矜恤與善果、無貳無偽、仁義之果、乃以和致和者之所播也、

耶書亞、巴尼、示利比、雅憫、亞谷、沙比太、何第雅、瑪西雅、基利他、亞撒利雅、約撒拔、哈難、毘萊雅、與利未人、訓民明律、庶民立於其所、利未人朗誦上帝律書、解釋其義、俾民洞悉所誦者、

然未嘗信之、何由籲之、未嘗聞之、何由信之、未有宣者、何由聞之、未有遣者、何由宣之、如經云、報諸善之嘉音者、其步履美何如耶、然非皆聽受嘉音、以賽亞云、主、我所宣者、誰信之乎、是信由於聞、而聞由於基督之道也、

七月既屆、以色列族居於故邑、眾如一人、集於水門前之場、請文士以斯拉攜摩西律書、耶和華所命於以色列人者、七月朔、祭司以斯拉攜律、至會眾男女、凡能聽而明者之前、自朝至於日中、在水門前之場、對諸男女凡能明者誦之、民皆傾耳而聽、

士子法利賽人居摩西位、故凡所命爾者、悉行而守之、但勿效其所為、以其言而不行也、

於眾民中、簡其具有才能、寅畏上帝、尚誠實、惡不義之財者、立為千夫長、百夫長、五十夫長、十夫長、以治民、使其隨時鞫民、事大則呈爾、事小則自鞫、如是、彼與汝共任、而爾事輕矣、爾若行是、上帝亦以命爾、則爾可久、民亦安歸其所、摩西聆其外戚之訓、行其所言、於以色列眾中、簡其有才能者、立為民長、即千夫長、百夫長、五十夫長、十夫長、

在位三年、遣其牧伯便亥伊勒、俄巴底、撒迦利雅、拿坦業、米該亞、往猶大諸邑訓民、並遣利未人示瑪雅、尼探雅、西巴第雅、亞撒黑、示米拉末、約拿單、亞多尼雅、多比雅、駝巴多尼雅、又有祭司以利沙瑪、約蘭偕之、眾乃攜耶和華律書、巡行猶大諸邑訓民、

願耶和華賦爾睿智聰明、使爾受命治以色列、守爾上帝耶和華之律、

耶和華之律純全、蘇人魂兮、耶和華之法真實、化愚為智兮、

耶穌出、見大眾、憫焉、以其猶羊無牧、乃多端以教之、

以色列眾聞王所判、知其具有上帝之智慧以行鞫、遂咸寅畏焉、

爾既為王與其謀士七人所遣、循在爾手之上帝律、以察猶大耶路撒冷之事、

其中督耶和華室之工者、二萬四千、為有司士師者六千、

是日之時、四分之一立於其所、誦其上帝耶和華之律書、四分之一認罪、崇拜其上帝耶和華、

曰、故凡士子為天國之徒者、如家主由其庫中出新舊之物焉、○

爾之誡命、長久偕我、使我智於敵兮、我之明哲、越於諸師、以我思爾法度兮、我所通達、越於耆老、以我守爾訓詞兮、
