王及其謀士和將領，以及所有在場的以色列人獻給我們上帝殿的金銀和器皿，我都秤了交給他們。我交給他們的有二十二噸銀子、三點四噸銀器、三點四噸金子、共重八公斤半的二十個金碗和兩件貴重如金子的上等精銅器皿。我對他們說：「你們和這些器皿是獻給耶和華的，金銀是自願獻給你們祖先的上帝耶和華的禮物。

第四天，我們在我們上帝的殿裡把金銀和器皿過秤，交給烏利亞的兒子米利末祭司。在場的還有非尼哈的兒子以利亞撒，利未人耶書亞的兒子約撒拔和賓內的兒子挪亞底。

你跟仇敵作戰的時候，你的百姓必甘心跟從，他們衣著聖潔，如清晨的甘露。

並帶去我和謀士們自願獻的金銀，獻給住在耶路撒冷的以色列的上帝，還要帶去你在巴比倫省得到的金銀，以及民眾和祭司為耶路撒冷的上帝之殿自願奉獻的祭物。
