Then in the nations where they have been carried captive, those who escape will remember me— how I have been grieved by their adulterous hearts, which have turned away from me, and by their eyes, which have lusted after their idols. They will loathe themselves for the evil they have done and for all their detestable practices.

You will be taken away to those nations as prisoners. Those of you who escape will remember me. You will recall how much pain your unfaithful hearts gave me. You turned away from me. Your eyes longed to see the statues of your gods. You will hate yourselves because of all the evil things you have done. I hate those things too.

then those of you who escape will remember me among the nations where they are carried captive, how I have been broken over their whoring heart that has departed from me and over their eyes that go whoring after their idols. And they will be loathsome in their own sight for the evils that they have committed, for all their abominations.

Then when they are exiled among the nations, they will remember me. They will recognize how hurt I am by their unfaithful hearts and lustful eyes that long for their idols. Then at last they will hate themselves for all their detestable sins.

Then your survivors will remember me among the nations where they are taken captive, how I was crushed by their promiscuous hearts that turned away from me and by their eyes that lusted after their idols. They will loathe themselves because of the evil things they did, their detestable actions of every kind.

Then those of you who escape will remember Me among the nations to which they will be taken captive, how I have been hurt by their adulterous hearts which turned away from Me, and by their eyes which committed infidelity with their idols; and they will loathe themselves in their own sight for the evils which they have committed, for all their abominations.

Then those of you who escape will remember Me among the nations where they are carried captive, because I was crushed by their adulterous heart which has departed from Me, and by their eyes which play the harlot after their idols; they will loathe themselves for the evils which they committed in all their abominations.

And those of you that escape shall remember me among the nations whither they shall be carried captive, how that I have been broken with their lewd heart, which hath departed from me, and with their eyes, which play the harlot after their idols: and they shall loathe themselves in their own sight for the evils which they have committed in all their abominations.

They will loathe themselves because of the evil things they did, their detestable practices of every kind.

爾在彼追憶爾之舉動、舉動原文作途及使爾染污之一切作為、則爾必因所作之諸惡事、自怨自恨、

以賽亞曰、大衛家當聽、爾使人厭煩、以為細事乎、亦欲使我天主厭煩乎、

彼在曠野、叠次悖逆主、在荒墟干犯主之盛怒、

爾不以金購香品奉我、不以犧牲之脂供我、惟屢干罪戾以煩瀆我、增益愆尤、使我難忍、

因彼不遵我之法度、藐視我之律例、犯我之安息日、其目豔羨其列祖之偶像、

惟爾得避於鋒刃者、當往勿遲、在遠方追念主、心思耶路撒冷、

故我自厭、坐於塗炭塗炭原文作灰塵而自悔、○

我諭之曰、爾曹各當棄爾目所羨慕可憎之物、勿因伊及之偶像、自染污穢、我乃主爾之天主、

我所陳於爾前之福與禍、既降於爾、主爾之天主驅逐爾散於列邦、爾在彼中心追維此事、與子孫盡心盡意歸主爾之天主、遵從其言、循我今日所諭爾者、則主爾之天主將矜恤爾、返爾俘囚、主爾之天主散爾於列邦、必由彼聚爾返、

爾曹在彼、如盡心盡意、求主爾之天主、必可得之、至於末日、爾受艱難、此諸災禍臨及爾身、斯時也、爾若歸主爾之天主而聽其命、則主爾之天主以矜憫為懷、必不棄爾、不滅爾、不忘與爾列祖所立之約、

故爾當告之曰、主天主如是云、凡以色列族之人、心念其偶像、以陷已於罪之物、置於目前、如來就先知、我耶和華必因其拜多偶像之罪譴責之、必因其拜多偶像之罪譴責之原文作必循其眾多之偶像而應之欲露露或作闡明以色列族之心意、原文作欲執以色列族於心中因彼俱離棄我、崇拜偶像、故爾當告以色列族曰、主天主如是云、爾曹當悔改、轉離偶像、勿崇事勿崇事原文作面不向、可憎之物、轉離偶像勿崇事可憎之物或作棄偶像而歸誠轉離可憎之物凡以色列族之人、及居以色列中之他邦客旅、若離棄我、心念其偶像、以陷己於罪之物、置於目前、後又就先知、欲藉之求問我、我耶和華必親斥之、必親斥之或作豈應之乎

我怒盡發、以我之烈忿、加於其身、以我之烈忿加於其身或作降災其身以雪我忿則我心覺慰、我發盡我之烈忿、加於其身、彼則知我耶和華言之、乃因忌邪忌邪或作熱中而言也、

我導之入我所誓以賜之地、彼見崇高之山、茂盛之樹、遂在彼獻祭奉禮物、干犯我怒、又在彼焚香灌奠、

惟當自認罪愆、蓋爾違逆主爾之天主、奔馳歧途、在各茂樹下、崇拜他神、不聽我命、此乃主所言、

爾追念爾之惡行、及諸不善之作為、則因爾之罪愆、及爾諸可憎之事、自怨自恨、主天主曰、以色列族歟、爾曹當知我行此、非為爾故、爾曹當因爾之行為、含羞抱愧、

其目充於姦淫、獲罪不已、誘惑不堅者之心、慣於貪婪、是為可詛之輩、

主如是云、雅各幕之見擄者、我將返之、顧惜其居所、城必復建於故岡、宮殿必如初有人居處、感謝歡樂之聲、必出於其中、我使之蕃衍、不致減少、使之尊榮、不致卑微、
