君王欲以土賜子、必取畿輔之地、勿強奪民業、逐民出邑、使星散於四方、

君不可虐取民業、佔據民地、必以己地賜子為業、免我民各失其業而散、○

The prince must not take any of the inheritance of the people, driving them off their property. He is to give his sons their inheritance out of his own property, so that not one of my people will be separated from their property.’”

The prince must not take any share of land that belongs to the people. He must not drive them off their property. He must give his sons their share out of his own property. Then not one of my people will be separated from their property.”

這地要在以色列中歸君王為業。我所立的君王必不再欺壓我的子民，卻要按支派把地分給以色列家。

其中的領袖彷彿野狼抓撕掠物，流人的血，傷害人命，為得不義之財。

你要對他說：『耶和華如此說：你殺了人，還要取得他的產業嗎？』又要對他說：『耶和華如此說：狗在何處舔拿伯的血，狗也必在何處舔你的血。』」

於是我說：雅各的領袖，以色列家的官長啊，你們要聽！你們豈不知道公平嗎？你們惡善好惡，剝我百姓身上的皮，從他們的骨頭上剔肉，你們吃我百姓的肉，剝他們的皮，打斷他們的骨頭，如切塊下鍋，如釜中的肉。

他必以敬畏耶和華為樂；行審判不憑眼見，斷是非也不憑耳聞；卻要以公義審判貧寒人，以正直判斷地上的困苦人，以口中的棍擊打全地，以嘴裏的氣殺戮惡人。

所以有話說：「他升上高天的時候，擄掠了俘虜，將各樣的恩賜賞給人。」

看哪，必有一位君王憑公義執政，必有王子藉公平掌權。必有一人如避風港，如暴風雨的藏身處；如乾旱地的溪流，又如乾燥地巨石的陰影。

於是，他以純正的心牧養他們，用巧妙的手引導他們。

當猶大王約坦、亞哈斯、希西家在位的時候，耶和華的話臨到摩利沙人彌迦，他見到有關撒瑪利亞和耶路撒冷的異象。萬民哪，你們都要聽！地和其上所有的，要留心聽！主耶和華要從他的聖殿指證你們的不是。

「看哪，日子將到，我要為大衛興起公義的苗裔；他必掌王權，行事有智慧，在地上施行公平和公義。這是耶和華說的。在他的日子，猶大必得救，以色列也安然居住。他的名必稱為『耶和華－我們的義』。

你已經升上高天，擄掠了俘虜；你在人間，就是在悖逆的人中，受了供獻，使耶和華神可以與他們同住。

禍哉，那些在床上圖謀罪孽、籌劃惡事的人！天一亮，他們因手中有能力就去行惡。他們看上田地就佔據，貪圖房屋便奪取；他們欺壓戶主和他的家庭，霸佔人和他的產業。

你們吃肥油、穿羊毛、宰殺肥羊，卻不牧養羣羊。瘦弱的，你們不調養；有病的，你們不醫治；受傷的，你們未包紮；被逐的，你們不去領回；失喪的，你們不尋找；卻用暴力嚴嚴地轄制牠們。牠們因無牧人就分散；既分散，就成為一切野獸的食物。我的羊流落眾山之間和各高岡上，分散在全地，無人去尋，無人去找。

因為你們用側邊用肩推擠一切瘦弱的羊，又用角牴撞，使牠們四散在外；

使他按公義審判你的子民，按公平審判你的困苦人。大山小山都要因公義使百姓得享平安。他必為百姓中困苦的人伸冤，拯救貧窮之輩，壓碎那欺壓人的人。

並且，我賜給他們永生；他們永不滅亡，誰也不能從我手裏把他們奪去。
