君不可虐取民業、佔據民地、必以己地賜子為業、免我民各失其業而散、○

The prince must not take any of the inheritance of the people, driving them off their property. He is to give his sons their inheritance out of his own property, so that not one of my people will be separated from their property.’”

The prince must not take any share of land that belongs to the people. He must not drive them off their property. He must give his sons their share out of his own property. Then not one of my people will be separated from their property.”

这地要在以色列中归君王为业。我所立的君王必不再欺压我的子民，却要按支派把地分给以色列家。

其中的领袖仿佛野狼抓撕掠物，流人的血，伤害人命，为得不义之财。

你要对他说：‘耶和华如此说：你杀了人，还要取得他的产业吗？’又要对他说：‘耶和华如此说：狗在何处舔拿伯的血，狗也必在何处舔你的血。’”

于是我说：雅各的领袖，以色列家的官长啊，你们要听！你们岂不知道公平吗？你们恶善好恶，剥我百姓身上的皮，从他们的骨头上剔肉，你们吃我百姓的肉，剥他们的皮，打断他们的骨头，如切块下锅，如釜中的肉。

他必以敬畏耶和华为乐；行审判不凭眼见，断是非也不凭耳闻；却要以公义审判贫寒人，以正直判断地上的困苦人，以口中的棍击打全地，以嘴里的气杀戮恶人。

所以有话说：“他升上高天的时候，掳掠了俘虏，将各样的恩赐赏给人。”

看哪，必有一位君王凭公义执政，必有王子藉公平掌权。必有一人如避风港，如暴风雨的藏身处；如干旱地的溪流，又如干燥地巨石的阴影。

于是，他以纯正的心牧养他们，用巧妙的手引导他们。

当犹大王约坦、亚哈斯、希西家在位的时候，耶和华的话临到摩利沙人弥迦，他见到有关撒玛利亚和耶路撒冷的异象。万民哪，你们都要听！地和其上所有的，要留心听！主耶和华要从他的圣殿指证你们的不是。

“看哪，日子将到，我要为大卫兴起公义的苗裔；他必掌王权，行事有智慧，在地上施行公平和公义。这是耶和华说的。在他的日子，犹大必得救，以色列也安然居住。他的名必称为‘耶和华—我们的义’。

你已经升上高天，掳掠了俘虏；你在人间，就是在悖逆的人中，受了供献，使耶和华神可以与他们同住。

祸哉，那些在床上图谋罪孽、筹划恶事的人！天一亮，他们因手中有能力就去行恶。他们看上田地就占据，贪图房屋便夺取；他们欺压户主和他的家庭，霸占人和他的产业。

你们吃肥油、穿羊毛、宰杀肥羊，却不牧养群羊。瘦弱的，你们不调养；有病的，你们不医治；受伤的，你们未包扎；被逐的，你们不去领回；失丧的，你们不寻找；却用暴力严严地辖制它们。它们因无牧人就分散；既分散，就成为一切野兽的食物。我的羊流落众山之间和各高冈上，分散在全地，无人去寻，无人去找。

因为你们用侧边用肩推挤一切瘦弱的羊，又用角抵撞，使它们四散在外；

使他按公义审判你的子民，按公平审判你的困苦人。大山小山都要因公义使百姓得享平安。他必为百姓中困苦的人伸冤，拯救贫穷之辈，压碎那欺压人的人。

并且，我赐给他们永生；他们永不灭亡，谁也不能从我手里把他们夺去。
