The prince must not take any of the inheritance of the people, driving them off their property. He is to give his sons their inheritance out of his own property, so that not one of my people will be separated from their property.’”

這地方要作君王在以色列的產業。我的君王必不再欺壓我的子民，而是按支派把地分給他們。

你的首領好像撕碎獵物的豺狼，殺人流血，謀取不義之財。

你要對他說，『耶和華說，你殺了人，還要奪他的產業嗎？』然後告訴他，耶和華說，『狗在哪裡舔拿伯的血，也必在哪裡舔你的血。』」

我說：「雅各的首領，以色列家的統治者啊！你們要聽！難道你們不知正義嗎？你們憎惡良善，喜愛邪惡，剝下我百姓的皮，從他們的骨頭上剔肉。你們吃我百姓的肉，剝我百姓的皮，打碎他們的骨頭，把他們切成塊，如同下在鍋裡、放進釜中的肉。

他必以敬畏耶和華為樂。他不憑眼見施行審判，不憑耳聞斷定是非，而是按公義審判貧窮人，以公正為受苦者斷案。他必用口中的杖擊打世界，以嘴裡的氣殺戮惡人。

因此聖經上說：「祂升上高天時，帶著許多俘虜，將恩賜賞給眾人。」

看啊，必有一位君王以公義治國，官員們必秉公施政。每人都像躲避狂風暴雨的庇護所，如荒漠中的溪流，又似乾旱之地遮蔭的大磐石。

於是，大衛以正直的心牧養他們，用靈巧的手帶領他們。

猶大王約坦、亞哈斯和希西迦執政期間，耶和華把祂的話傳給了摩利沙人彌迦。他看到了有關撒瑪利亞和耶路撒冷的異象。萬民啊，你們都要聽！大地和地上的萬物啊，你們要側耳傾聽！主耶和華從祂的聖殿裡作證指控你們。

耶和華說：「看啊，時候將到，我要為大衛選立一個公義的苗裔，使他執掌王權。他必秉公行義，治國有方。在他掌權的日子，猶大必得拯救，以色列必國泰民安。他將被稱為『耶和華是我們的公義』。」

你升上高天時，帶著許多俘虜；你接受了眾人的禮物，甚至叛逆者的禮物。耶和華上帝就住在那裡。

躺在床上圖謀不軌、盤算作惡的人有禍了！天一亮，他們就依仗手中的權勢行惡。他們貪圖田地，就去霸佔；想要房屋，就去搶奪。他們欺壓人，詐取別人的家園和產業。

但你們只顧吃羊的脂肪，穿羊毛衣，宰殺肥羊，卻不照顧羊群。你們沒有養壯瘦弱的，沒有醫治生病的，沒有包紮受傷的，沒有領回走散的，沒有尋找迷失的。你們反以暴力來管轄他們。因為沒有牧人，羊群便流離失散，成了野獸的食物。我的羊在群山和高崗上遊蕩，分散在各地，沒有人尋找他們。

你們肥羊用脅和肩拱，用角牴瘦弱的，使他們四散。

讓他憑公義審判你的子民，按公平對待那些貧苦的人。願大山給百姓帶來繁榮，小山帶來公義。願他保護百姓中受苦的人，拯救貧窮的人，打倒欺壓者。

我要賜他們永生，他們永不滅亡。沒有人能從我的手裡把他們搶走。
