The prince must not take any of the inheritance of the people, driving them off their property. He is to give his sons their inheritance out of his own property, so that not one of my people will be separated from their property.’”

这地方要作君王在以色列的产业。我的君王必不再欺压我的子民，而是按支派把地分给他们。

你的首领好像撕碎猎物的豺狼，杀人流血，谋取不义之财。

你要对他说，‘耶和华说，你杀了人，还要夺他的产业吗？’然后告诉他，耶和华说，‘狗在哪里舔拿伯的血，也必在哪里舔你的血。’”

我说：“雅各的首领，以色列家的统治者啊！你们要听！难道你们不知正义吗？你们憎恶良善，喜爱邪恶，剥下我百姓的皮，从他们的骨头上剔肉。你们吃我百姓的肉，剥我百姓的皮，打碎他们的骨头，把他们切成块，如同下在锅里、放进釜中的肉。

他必以敬畏耶和华为乐。他不凭眼见施行审判，不凭耳闻断定是非，而是按公义审判贫穷人，以公正为受苦者断案。他必用口中的杖击打世界，以嘴里的气杀戮恶人。

因此圣经上说：“祂升上高天时，带着许多俘虏，将恩赐赏给众人。”

看啊，必有一位君王以公义治国，官员们必秉公施政。每人都像躲避狂风暴雨的庇护所，如荒漠中的溪流，又似干旱之地遮荫的大磐石。

于是，大卫以正直的心牧养他们，用灵巧的手带领他们。

犹大王约坦、亚哈斯和希西迦执政期间，耶和华把祂的话传给了摩利沙人弥迦。他看到了有关撒玛利亚和耶路撒冷的异象。万民啊，你们都要听！大地和地上的万物啊，你们要侧耳倾听！主耶和华从祂的圣殿里作证指控你们。

耶和华说：“看啊，时候将到，我要为大卫选立一个公义的苗裔，使他执掌王权。他必秉公行义，治国有方。在他掌权的日子，犹大必得拯救，以色列必国泰民安。他将被称为‘耶和华是我们的公义’。”

你升上高天时，带着许多俘虏；你接受了众人的礼物，甚至叛逆者的礼物。耶和华上帝就住在那里。

躺在床上图谋不轨、盘算作恶的人有祸了！天一亮，他们就依仗手中的权势行恶。他们贪图田地，就去霸占；想要房屋，就去抢夺。他们欺压人，诈取别人的家园和产业。

但你们只顾吃羊的脂肪，穿羊毛衣，宰杀肥羊，却不照顾羊群。你们没有养壮瘦弱的，没有医治生病的，没有包扎受伤的，没有领回走散的，没有寻找迷失的。你们反以暴力来管辖他们。因为没有牧人，羊群便流离失散，成了野兽的食物。我的羊在群山和高岗上游荡，分散在各地，没有人寻找他们。

你们肥羊用胁和肩拱，用角抵瘦弱的，使他们四散。

让他凭公义审判你的子民，按公平对待那些贫苦的人。愿大山给百姓带来繁荣，小山带来公义。愿他保护百姓中受苦的人，拯救贫穷的人，打倒欺压者。

我要赐他们永生，他们永不灭亡。没有人能从我的手里把他们抢走。
