“‘ When you allot the land as an inheritance, you are to present to the Lord a portion of the land as a sacred district, 25,000 cubits long and 20,000 cubits wide; the entire area will be holy.

“ People of Israel, you will divide up the land you will receive. When you do, give me my share of it. It will be a sacred area. It will be eight miles long and six and a half miles wide. The entire area will be holy.

“ When you allot the land as an inheritance, you shall set apart for the Lord a portion of the land as a holy district, 25,000 cubits long and 20,000 cubits broad. It shall be holy throughout its whole extent.

摩西吩咐以色列人说：“这就是你们要抽签承受为业之地，是耶和华吩咐给九个半支派的；

耶和华是我的产业，是我杯中的分；我所得的业分，你亲自为我持守。准绳量给我的是佳美之地，我的产业实在令我喜悦。

是照着耶和华藉着摩西所吩咐的，以抽签的方法把产业分给九个半支派。

“地不可永远卖掉，因为地是我的；你们在我面前不过是寄居的和客旅。

你要把你的财物，和一切初熟的农作物，敬奉耶和华。

“沿着犹大的边界，从东到西，就是你们所要献出的圣区，长十二公里半，从东到西的长度与其他各份的一样，圣所要在其中。你们献给耶和华的地区，要长十二公里半，宽十公里。献给祭司的圣地，北边长十二公里半，西边宽五公里，东边宽五公里，南边长十二公里半。这地要归给祭司，就是撒督子孙中分别为圣的。他们守我所吩咐的职责；以色列人走迷路的时候，他们不像利未人那样走迷路。因此，从所献的圣区要有一块地献给祭司，作为至圣之地。这地沿着利未人的地界。沿着祭司的地界要有一块地献给利未人，长十二公里半，宽五公里。祭司的地也是长十二公里半，宽五公里。这地的任何部分不可变卖，不可交换，也不可转让给别人，因为它是这地中最好的一份，是归耶和华为圣的。“所剩下的地，宽两公里半，长十二公里半，要作俗地，供城市、居民和郊野之用。城要在其中。城的大小是这样：北边二千二百五十公尺，南边二千二百五十公尺，东边二千二百五十公尺，西边二千二百五十公尺。城要有郊野，北边一百二十五公尺，南边一百二十五公尺，东边一百二十五公尺，西边一百二十五公尺。这俗地两旁剩下的地，沿着所献的圣区的长度计算，东边五公里，西边五公里，也沿着所献的圣区。这些地的出产要给城里的工人作食物。城里的工人来自以色列各支派，耕种这地。所献的整个地区，长十二公里半，宽十二公里半，是见方的。你们要把所献的圣区，连同城的基业，一起献上。“所献的圣区和城的基业，两旁所剩下的都要归给君王，从那宽十二公里半的献地以东至东面的边界，以及从那宽十二公里半的献地以西至西边的边界沿着其他各分地，都要归给君王。这样所献的圣地和殿的圣所，都在这两块地的中间。利未人的基业和城的基业都位于君王的地中间。君王的地是在犹大的边界和便雅悯的边界中间。“至于其余的支派，从东到西，是便雅悯的一份。

其中要有一块作为圣所之地，长二百五十公尺，宽二百五十公尺，四面见方；周围再有二十五公尺作空地。你们要从所量的圣区量出一块地来，长十二公里半，宽五公里，其中要有圣所，是至圣的地方。这是整个地区中的一块圣地，要归给那些在圣所里供职，亲近事奉耶和华的祭司，作他们房屋之地和圣所之圣地。其余的一块地，长十二公里半，宽五公里，要归给在圣殿里供职的利未人，作为他们的基业，作居住的城市（按照《马索拉文本》，“作居住的城市”作“二十间房屋”；现参照《七十士译本》翻译）。“你们要划分一块地作城的基业，宽两公里半，长十二公里半，在所献的圣区旁边，归给以色列全家。“归给君王之地要在所献的圣区和城的基业两旁，一块对着所献的圣区，一块对着城的基业，从西边那块地的西面边界，到东边那块地的东面边界，长度与每支派所分得的地一样长。

“你们要按着以色列的支派分这地。将来你们要抽签分这地为业，归给你们和你们中间的外族人。他们在你们中间生儿育女。你们应该看他们如同本地生的以色列人，他们要在以色列支派中与你们一起抽签分地为业。

从黎巴嫩直到米斯利弗．玛音，所有住在山地的居民，就是所有的西顿人，我必在以色列人面前把他们赶出去。你只要照着我吩咐你的，把这地抽签分给以色列人作产业。
