权杖必不离犹大，统治者的杖必不离他两脚之间，直等细罗来到，万民都要归顺他。

我要使他们彼此同心同道，好叫他们永远敬畏我，使他们和他们后世的子孙得享福乐。

这样，你们不再是外人或客旅，是与圣徒同国，是上帝家里的人了，被建造在使徒和先知的根基上，而基督耶稣自己为房角石，靠着他整座房子连接得紧凑，渐渐成为在主里的圣殿。你们也靠他同被建造，成为上帝藉着圣灵居住的所在。

因有一婴孩为我们而生；有一子赐给我们。政权必担在他的肩头上；他名称为“奇妙策士、全能的上帝、永在的父、和平的君”。他的政权与平安必加增无穷。他必在大卫的宝座上治理他的国，以公平公义使国坚定稳固，从今直到永远。万军之耶和华的热心必成就这事。

第七位天使吹号，天上就有大声音说：“世上的国已成了我们的主和他所立的基督的国了。他要作王直到永永远远！”

他要向列国竖立大旗，召集以色列被赶散的人，又从地极四方聚集分散的犹大人。以法莲的嫉妒必消散，苦待犹大的也被剪除；以法莲必不嫉妒犹大，犹大也不苦待以法莲。

否则我不会弃绝雅各的后裔和我仆人大卫的后裔，使大卫的后裔不再治理亚伯拉罕、以撒、雅各的后裔。我必使他们被掳的人归回，也必怜悯他们。”

他将要为大，称为至高者的儿子；主上帝要把他祖先大卫的王位给他。他要作雅各家的王，直到永远；他的国没有穷尽。”

他要执掌权柄，从这海直到那海，从大河直到地极。

上帝啊，求你将你的公平赐给王，将你的公义赐给王的儿子。

因为以色列人必多日过着无君王，无领袖，无祭祀，无柱像，无以弗得，无家中神像的生活。后来以色列人必归回，寻求耶和华—他们的上帝和他们的王大卫。在末后的日子，他们必敬畏耶和华，领受他的恩惠。

“看哪，日子将到，我要为大卫兴起公义的苗裔；他必掌王权，行事有智慧，在地上施行公平和公义。这是耶和华说的。在他的日子，犹大必得救，以色列也安然居住。他的名必称为‘耶和华—我们的义’。
