因此，以色列群山哪，要听主耶和华的话。对那遭四围其余列国占据、讥刺的大山小冈、水沟山谷、荒废之地、被弃之城，主耶和华如此说；

因此，以色列的山岭、溪流、幽谷、荒地、废墟以及那些被外族人掳掠和讥讽的城邑啊，你们要听主耶和华的话。’

因此，以色列的众山啊！你们要听主耶和华的话；主耶和华对大山、小冈、溪涧、山谷、荒凉的废墟，被弃的城，就是曾被四围列国中余剩的人所劫掠、所讥笑的，这样说：

因此，以色列羣山哪，要聽主耶和華的話。對那遭四圍其餘列國佔據、譏刺的大山小岡、水溝山谷、荒廢之地、被棄之城，主耶和華如此說；

因此，以色列的山嶺、溪流、幽谷、荒地、廢墟以及那些被外族人擄掠和譏諷的城邑啊，你們要聽主耶和華的話。』

因此，以色列的眾山啊！你們要聽主耶和華的話；主耶和華對大山、小岡、溪澗、山谷、荒涼的廢墟，被棄的城，就是曾被四圍列國中餘剩的人所劫掠、所譏笑的，這樣說：

故此以色列眾山哪，你們要聽主永恆主的話；主永恆主對山和岡陵、對溪河跟平谷、對淒涼荒廢之地、對被棄之城、被四圍其餘外國人所掠劫所嗤笑的、這麼說：

以色列山岡歟、宜聽主耶和華言、主耶和華告諸山岡澗谷、荒蕪之區、委棄之邑、為四周列國遺民所刦掠譏誚者、

故以色列山宜聽我言、主耶和華告諸山岡溪谷、其地素有邑郊、今變荒蕪、為他邦之人所奪、加以譏刺、

今以色列諸山歟、當聽主言、主天主告諸山岡、澗溪、澗溪或作窪地下同山谷、荒蕪之地、寂寞之邑、為四周未滅之異邦人、所強奪、所譏刺、

therefore, mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Sovereign Lord: This is what the Sovereign Lord says to the mountains and hills, to the ravines and valleys, to the desolate ruins and the deserted towns that have been plundered and ridiculed by the rest of the nations around you—

Mountains of Israel, listen to the message of the Lord and King. He speaks to you mountains, hills, canyons and valleys. He speaks to you destroyed cities and deserted towns. The rest of the nations around you took away from you everything of value. They made fun of you.

therefore, O mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord God: Thus says the Lord God to the mountains and the hills, the ravines and the valleys, the desolate wastes and the deserted cities, which have become a prey and derision to the rest of the nations all around,

Therefore, O mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Sovereign Lord. He speaks to the hills and mountains, ravines and valleys, and to ruined wastes and long deserted cities that have been destroyed and mocked by the surrounding nations.

therefore, mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord GOD. This is what the Lord GOD says to the mountains and hills, to the ravines and valleys, to the desolate ruins and abandoned cities, which have become plunder and a mockery to the rest of the nations all around.

Therefore, you mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord God. This is what the Lord God says to the mountains and to the hills, to the ravines and to the valleys, to the desolate ruins and to the abandoned cities which have become plunder and an object of ridicule to the rest of the nations which are all around—

therefore, O mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord GOD! Thus says the Lord GOD to the mountains, the hills, the rivers, the valleys, the desolate wastes, and the cities that have been forsaken, which became plunder and mockery to the rest of the nations all around—

therefore, ye mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord Jehovah: Thus saith the Lord Jehovah to the mountains and to the hills, to the watercourses and to the valleys, to the desolate wastes and to the cities that are forsaken, which are become a prey and derision to the residue of the nations that are round about;

therefore, mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord God. This is what the Lord God says to the mountains and hills, to the ravines and valleys, to the desolate ruins and abandoned cities, which have become plunder and a mockery to the rest of the nations all around.

Therefore, ye mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord GOD; Thus saith the Lord GOD to the mountains, and to the hills, to the rivers, and to the valleys, to the desolate wastes, and to the cities that are forsaken, which became a prey and derision to the residue of the heathen that[ are] round about;

therefore, O mountains of Israel, hear the word of the sovereign LORD: This is what the sovereign LORD says to the mountains and hills, the ravines and valleys, and to the desolate ruins and the abandoned cities that have become prey and an object of derision to the rest of the nations round about–

therefore, you mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord Yahweh: The Lord Yahweh says to the mountains and to the hills, to the watercourses and to the valleys, to the desolate wastes and to the cities that are forsaken, which have become a prey and derision to the residue of the nations that are all around;

你們要過去得為業的那地乃是有山有谷、雨水滋潤之地，

他們必不再作外邦人的掠物，地上的野獸也不再吞吃他們；卻要安然居住，無人驚嚇。

我們成為鄰國的羞辱，成為我們四圍人的嗤笑譏刺。

「人子啊，你要對以色列山發預言說：以色列山哪，要聽耶和華的話。

所以，你要指着以色列地說預言，對大山小岡、水溝山谷說，主耶和華如此說：我發憤恨和忿怒說，因你們曾受外邦人的羞辱，

說：以色列的眾山哪，要聽主耶和華的話。主耶和華對大山、小岡、水溝、山谷如此說：我必使刀劍臨到你們，也必毀滅你們的邱壇。

看哪，耶和華使地空虛，變為荒涼；又翻轉大地，將居民分散。那時百姓怎樣，祭司也怎樣；僕人怎樣，主人也怎樣；婢女怎樣，主母也怎樣；買物的怎樣，賣物的也怎樣；放債的怎樣，借債的也怎樣；取利的怎樣，出利的也怎樣。地必全然空虛，盡都荒涼；因為這話是耶和華說的。地上悲哀衰殘，世界敗落衰殘；地上居高位的人也敗落了。地被其上的居民污穢；因為他們犯了律法，廢了律例，背了永約。所以，地被咒詛吞滅；住在其上的顯為有罪。地上的居民被火焚燒，剩下的人稀少。新酒悲哀，葡萄樹衰殘；心中歡樂的俱都歎息。擊鼓之樂止息；宴樂人的聲音完畢，彈琴之樂也止息了。人必不得飲酒唱歌；喝濃酒的，必以為苦。荒涼的城拆毀了；各家關門閉戶，使人都不得進去。在街上因酒有悲歎的聲音；一切喜樂變為昏暗；地上的歡樂歸於無有。城中只有荒涼；城門拆毀淨盡。

我必伸手攻擊他們，使他們的地從曠野到第伯拉他一切住處極其荒涼，他們就知道我是耶和華。」

所以，耶和華使迦勒底人的王來攻擊他們，在他們聖殿裏用刀殺了他們的壯丁，不憐恤他們的少男處女、老人白叟。耶和華將他們都交在迦勒底王手裏。迦勒底王將神殿裏的大小器皿與耶和華殿裏的財寶，並王和眾首領的財寶，都帶到巴比倫去了。迦勒底人焚燒神的殿，拆毀耶路撒冷的城牆，用火燒了城裏的宮殿，毀壞了城裏寶貴的器皿。凡脫離刀劍的，迦勒底王都擄到巴比倫去，作他和他子孫的僕婢，直到波斯國興起來。這就應驗耶和華藉耶利米口所說的話：地享受安息；因為地土荒涼便守安息，直滿了七十年。

你的聖邑變為曠野。錫安變為曠野；耶路撒冷成為荒場。我們聖潔華美的殿－就是我們列祖讚美你的所在被火焚燒；我們所羨慕的美地盡都荒廢。

「耶和華如此說：為巴比倫所定的七十年滿了以後，我要眷顧你們，向你們成就我的恩言，使你們仍回此地。

我必召北方的眾族和我僕人巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒來攻擊這地和這地的居民，並四圍一切的國民。我要將他們盡行滅絕，以致他們令人驚駭、嗤笑，並且永久荒涼。這是耶和華說的。我又要使歡喜和快樂的聲音，新郎和新婦的聲音，推磨的聲音和燈的亮光，從他們中間止息。這全地必然荒涼，令人驚駭。這些國民要服事巴比倫王七十年。七十年滿了以後，我必刑罰巴比倫王和那國民，並迦勒底人之地，因他們的罪孽使那地永遠荒涼。這是耶和華說的。我也必使我向那地所說的話，就是記在這書上的話，是耶利米向這些國民說的預言，都臨到那地。

我就說：「主啊，這到幾時為止呢？」他說：直到城邑荒涼，無人居住，房屋空閒無人，地土極其荒涼。

「主耶和華如此說：我潔淨你們，使你們脫離一切罪孽的日子，必使城邑有人居住，荒場再被建造。過路的人雖看為荒廢之地，現今這荒廢之地仍得耕種。他們必說：『這先前為荒廢之地，現在成如伊甸園；這荒廢淒涼、毀壞的城邑現在堅固有人居住。』
