使水濱諸木、不誇其崇高、其杪不入雲中、得灌溉之強者、不復聳立、俱必死亡、偃於下土、至歸墓之人中、○

好使水旁的诸树不因高大而自尊，也不将树尖插入云中，并且那些得水滋润、有势力的，也不得高大自立。因为它们在世人中，和下坑的人都被交与死亡，到阴府去了。”

为了要使水边的树木枝干不再长高，树顶也不再高耸入云；那些得水滋润的，不再屹立于其中。因为它们和下到地府的人一起，都被交与死亡，到了地底下。”

都為的是要使水旁的眾樹、樹身都不高聳，不將其樹梢挺立入於雲霄間，只要使凡所有得水滋潤的樹都不屹立於高聳中；因為他們都被交於死亡，交於地府之最低處、在人類中間、到那些下冥坑的人那裏。

使天下林木、植於水旁、勿誇其株高幹偉、枝葉蓁蓁、喬木森然、終必枯萎、偃於下土、與人之歸墓無異、

使水旁之諸樹、不復高大、不復枝葉茂盛、巔頂崇高、不復因崇高、使彼得灌溉之群樹、立於四周、因俱必枯而死、偃於地之深處、與人之下墓無異、

Therefore no other trees by the waters are ever to tower proudly on high, lifting their tops above the thick foliage. No other trees so well- watered are ever to reach such a height; they are all destined for death, for the earth below, among mortals who go down to the realm of the dead.

So trees that receive plenty of water must never grow so high that it makes them proud. Their tops must never be above the rest of the leaves. No other trees that receive a lot of water must ever grow that high. They are appointed to die and go down into the earth below. They will join human beings, who go down to the place of the dead.”

All this is in order that no trees by the waters may grow to towering height or set their tops among the clouds, and that no trees that drink water may reach up to them in height. For they are all given over to death, to the world below, among the children of man, with those who go down to the pit.

Let the tree of no other nation proudly exult in its own prosperity, though it be higher than the clouds and it be watered from the depths. For all are doomed to die, to go down to the depths of the earth. They will land in the pit along with everyone else on earth.

This happened so that no trees planted beside water would become great in height and set their tops among the clouds, and so that no other well-watered trees would reach them in height. For they have all been consigned to death, to the underworld, among the people who descend to the Pit.

so that all the trees by the waters will not be exalted in their stature, nor put their tops among the clouds, nor will any of their well watered mighty ones stand straight in their height. For they have all been turned over to death, to the earth beneath, among mankind, with those who go down to the pit.”

So that no trees by the waters may ever again exalt themselves for their height, nor set their tops among the thick boughs, that no tree which drinks water may ever be high enough to reach up to them.‘ For they have all been delivered to death, To the depths of the earth, Among the children of men who go down to the Pit.’

其時、我必使爾與下陰府之人、詣彼古昔之民、居於地之深處、久為荒寂之所、不復有人居於爾中、爾於生人之地、不再獲榮、

然爾必死、等於世人、顚仆同於他伯兮、

夫存乎人者有一死、死後有鞫、

昔爾列祖、豈非行是、致我上帝降諸災於我儕、及斯邑乎、爾今又犯安息、使怒及於以色列、尤有甚焉、

夫彼所遇者、可為鑑戒、載之於經、以警我末世之人、

又灰燼所多瑪蛾摩拉二邑、以傾陷定其罪、以為後之不虔者鑒、

其邑之民、必石擊之致死、以除惡於爾中、使以色列眾聞之而懼、○

人子歟、當為埃及民眾哀悼、且與名邦之女、陷之於地之深處、與入墓之人相偕、曰、爾美於誰、其下而與未受割者並列、彼必仆於為刃所戮者之中、刃已出鞘、當曳彼及其眾而去、武士之強者、必自陰府、與彼及助之者言曰、未受割而戮於刃者、亦下此而靜臥焉、亞述及其民眾在此、俱被戮而仆於刃者、其塚遍於四周、斯塚列於深坑、其眾環之、生時令人恐懼、今被戮而仆於刃、以攔在此、其眾環於其塚、乃被戮而仆於刃、未受割而入地之深處者、生時令人恐懼、今與入墓之人、同蒙羞恥、彼及其眾之牀、設於被戮者中、其塚遍於四周、皆未受割而戮於刃者、生時令人恐懼、今與入墓之人、同蒙羞恥、以攔列於被戮者中、米設土巴及其民眾在此、其塚遍於四周、皆未受割而戮於刃者、以其生時令人恐懼也、未受割之勇士、下於陰府、攜其軍械、首枕刀劍、白骨負罪、米設土巴必不與之同臥、以其生時為武士所懼也、爾必折於未受割者之中、與戮於刃者同臥、以東及其君王牧伯在此、昔雖剛強、今與戮於刃者並列、彼與未受割而入墓者同臥、北方諸王、及西頓民眾在此、彼與被戮者偕下、昔雖剛強、使人恐懼、今蒙羞恥、彼未受割、與戮於刃者同臥、且與入墓之人、同負羞辱、法老及其軍旅、俱戮於刃、目擊彼眾、則受慰藉、主耶和華言之矣、法老在生人之地、令人恐懼、我使之然、彼及軍旅、必與未受割、而戮於刃者同列、主耶和華言之矣、

以色列眾聞之必懼、不復行此惡於爾中、○

爾將被逐、離乎人羣、與野獸同居、囓草如牛、歷至七期、迨爾知至上者治世人之國、隨意畀人、

惟索滅我命者、必適地下兮、必付於刃、為野犬所食兮、

伯沙撒歟、爾乃其子、雖知此事、而心不自卑、惟自高而抗天上之主、取其室中之器、至於爾前、爾與大臣后妃、用以飲酒、頌美金銀銅鐵木石之神、即無見無聞無知者、至於掌爾氣息、定爾道途之上帝、則不尊榮之、

爾之榮耀威嚴、伊甸諸木、孰可比擬、然必偕同伊甸諸木、下墜地之深處、爾必偃於未受割、而戮於刃者之中、法老及其民眾若此、主耶和華言之矣、
