I will pour out my wrath on you and breathe out my fiery anger against you; I will deliver you into the hands of brutal men, men skilled in destruction.

I will pour out my anger on you. I will breathe out my burning anger against you. I will hand you over to mean people. They are skilled at destroying others.

And I will pour out my indignation upon you; I will blow upon you with the fire of my wrath, and I will deliver you into the hands of brutish men, skillful to destroy.

I will pour out my fury on you and blow on you with the fire of my anger. I will hand you over to cruel men who are skilled in destruction.

I will pour out my indignation on you; I will blow the fire of my fury on you. I will hand you over to brutal men, skilled at destruction.

I will pour out My indignation on you; I will blow on you with the fire of My wrath, and I will hand you over to brutal men, craftsmen of destruction.

我快要將我的忿怒傾在你身上，向你成就我怒中所定的，按你的行為審判你，照你一切可憎的事刑罰你。

你們盼望多得，所得的卻少；你們收到家中，我就吹去。這是為甚麼呢？因為我的殿荒涼，你們各人卻顧自己的房屋。這是萬軍之耶和華說的。

原來陀斐特又深又寬，早已為王預備好了；其中堆的是火與許多木柴。耶和華的氣如一股硫磺火使他着起來。

耶和華如此說：看哪，有一種民從北方而來，並有一大國被激動，從地極來到。他們拿弓和槍，性情殘忍，不施憐憫；他們的聲音像海浪匉訇。錫安城啊，他們騎馬都擺隊伍，如上戰場的人要攻擊你。

有獅子從密林中上來，是毀壞列國的。牠已經動身出離本處，要使你的地荒涼，使你的城邑變為荒場無人居住。

或者我叫瘟疫流行那地，使我滅命的忿怒傾在其上，好將人與牲畜從其中剪除；

耶和華啊，你的斥責一發，你鼻孔的氣一出，海底就出現，大地的根基也顯露。

他發忿恨，誰能立得住呢？他發烈怒，誰能當得起呢？他的忿怒如火傾倒；磐石因他崩裂。

你是我爭戰的斧子和打仗的兵器；我要用你打碎列國，用你毀滅列邦；用你打碎馬和騎馬的；用你打碎戰車和坐在其上的；用你打碎男人和女人；用你打碎老年人和少年人；用你打碎壯丁和處女；用你打碎牧人和他的羣畜；用你打碎農夫和他一對牛；用你打碎省長和副省長。

我必驚動他的心；他要聽見風聲就歸回本地，我必使他在那裏倒在刀下。』」

人怎樣將銀、銅、鐵、鉛、錫聚在爐中，吹火鎔化；照樣，我也要發怒氣和忿怒，將你們聚集放在城中，鎔化你們。我必聚集你們，把我烈怒的火吹在你們身上，你們就在其中鎔化。銀子怎樣鎔化在爐中，你們也必照樣鎔化在城中，你們就知道我－耶和華是將忿怒倒在你們身上了。」

我必興起迦勒底人，就是那殘忍暴躁之民，通行遍地，佔據那不屬自己的住處。他威武可畏，判斷和勢力都任意發出。他的馬比豹更快，比晚上的豺狼更猛。馬兵踴躍爭先，都從遠方而來；他們飛跑如鷹抓食，都為行強暴而來，定住臉面向前，將擄掠的人聚集，多如塵沙。他們譏誚君王，笑話首領，嗤笑一切保障，築壘攻取。

你必題這詩歌論巴比倫王說：欺壓人的何竟熄滅？強暴的何竟止息？耶和華折斷了惡人的杖，轄制人的圭，就是在忿怒中連連攻擊眾民的，在怒氣中轄制列國，行逼迫無人阻止的。

草必枯乾，花必凋殘，因為耶和華的氣吹在其上；百姓誠然是草。
