“我在旷野对他们的儿女说：‘不要遵行你们祖先的律例，不要谨守他们的规条，也不要用他们的偶像玷污自己。

“‘我在旷野曾对他们的子孙说，不要效法你们祖先的律例，不要遵守他们的规条，不要拜他们的偶像，以致玷污自己。

“‘我在旷野对他们的儿女说：不要遵行你们祖先的律例，不要谨守他们的典章，也不要因他们的偶像玷污自己。

「我在曠野對他們的兒女說：不要遵行你們父親的律例，不要謹守他們的惡規，也不要因他們的偶像玷污自己。

「我在曠野對他們的兒女說：『不要遵行你們祖先的律例，不要謹守他們的規條，也不要用他們的偶像玷污自己。

「我在曠野對他們的兒女說：『不要遵行你們祖先的律例，不要謹守他們的規條，也不要用他們的偶像玷污自己。

「『我在曠野曾對他們的子孫說，不要效法你們祖先的律例，不要遵守他們的規條，不要拜他們的偶像，以致玷污自己。

“‘我在曠野對他們的兒女說：不要遵行你們祖先的律例，不要謹守他們的典章，也不要因他們的偶像玷污自己。

我在曠野、諭其子女曰、勿循爾父之典章、勿從其律例、勿以其偶像自染污衊、

當彼在曠野時、我告其子孫曰、勿效列祖之尤、勿從其所行、勿拜其所崇之偶像、自致污衊、

我在曠野、諭其子孫曰、勿從爾祖父之習俗、勿守其陋規、勿因其偶像、自染污穢、

I said to their children in the wilderness,“ Do not follow the statutes of your parents or keep their laws or defile yourselves with their idols.

I spoke to their children there. I said,‘ Do not follow the rules your parents gave you. Do not obey their laws. Do not make yourselves“ unclean” by worshiping their gods.

“ And I said to their children in the wilderness,‘ Do not walk in the statutes of your fathers, nor keep their rules, nor defile yourselves with their idols.

“ Then I warned their children not to follow in their parents’ footsteps, defiling themselves with their idols.

“‘ Then I said to their children in the wilderness,“ Don’t follow the statutes of your fathers, defile yourselves with their idols, or keep their ordinances.

“ Instead, I said to their children in the wilderness,‘ Do not walk in the statutes of your fathers or keep their ordinances or defile yourselves with their idols.

“ But I said to their children in the wilderness,‘ Do not walk in the statutes of your fathers, nor observe their judgments, nor defile yourselves with their idols.

And I said unto their children in the wilderness, Walk ye not in the statutes of your fathers, neither observe their ordinances, nor defile yourselves with their idols.

“ Then I said to their children in the wilderness: Don’t follow the statutes of your fathers, defile yourselves with their idols, or keep their ordinances.

But I said unto their children in the wilderness, Walk ye not in the statutes of your fathers, neither observe their judgments, nor defile yourselves with their idols:

“‘ But I said to their children in the wilderness,“ Do not follow the practices of your fathers; do not observe their regulations, nor defile yourselves with their idols.

I said to their children in the wilderness,‘ Don’t walk in the statutes of your fathers. Don’t observe their ordinances or defile yourselves with their idols.

我對他們說：你們要拋棄、各人棄掉他眼中所喜愛可憎之像，不可因埃及的偶像來玷污你們自己：我乃是永恆主你們的上帝。

永恆主在巴力毘珥所行的、你們親眼看見了；凡隨從毘珥的巴力的、永恆主你們的上帝都從你們中間消滅掉了。惟有你們這緊依附着永恆主你們的上帝的人、今日全都活着。看哪，我照永恆主我的上帝所吩咐我的、將律例典章教訓你們，使你們在所要進去取得為業的地上去遵行。所以你們要謹慎遵行，因為這在列族之民眼中看來、就是你們的智慧聰明；他們聽到這一切律例，就會說：這個大國的人真是有智慧有聰明的一族啊。

因為知道你們得贖放、脫離你們祖傳徒勞無效的生活、不是用能朽壞的東西、銀子或金子，

『永恆主向你們列祖大大震怒。如今你要對人民說：萬軍之永恆主這麼說：你們要回轉來歸我，我就轉而向你們：這是萬軍之永恆主說的。不要像你們列祖；從前的神言人呼叫他們說：「萬軍之永恆主這麼說：你們要回轉離開你們的壞行徑、壞作為」。他們卻不聽，不側耳聽我：永恆主發神諭說。

我領你們進肥美的園地，來喫它的果子和美物，但你們進入了，就玷污我的地，使我的產業成為可厭惡。

使將要出生的後代子孫可以曉得；讓他們也起來去對他們子孫敘述，好叫他們安心信賴上帝，不忘了上帝的作為，只恪守着他的命令；免致像他們祖宗、做頑梗悖逆的一代，做居心不堅定、心對上帝不忠實的一代。

至於你們呢、你們的屍身總要倒斃在這曠野的。你們的子孫必在曠野做遊牧四十年、擔當你們變節的罪罰，直到你們的屍身在曠野都滅盡了。

『頸項剛硬、心與耳沒受割禮的人哪，你們永遠抗拒聖靈；你們的祖宗怎樣，你們也怎樣。

由於她淫行的輕薄性，她把這地都沾污了，去跟石頭和木榦行姦淫。

你們有禍啊！因為你們修造了神言人的墳墓，而你們的祖宗卻是殺害他們的。可見你們祖宗所作的事、你們既做見證，又贊同着；因為他們殺害了神言人，你們又修造神言人的墳墓。

永恆主向以色列人發怒，就使他們在曠野流離四十年，等到在永恆主眼前行壞事的那一代人都滅盡了。如今你看，你們倒起來接替你們的先祖，成了罪人的族類，使永恆主向以色列更加發烈怒！你們若轉離、不跟從他，他還要把以色列人撇在曠野，那你們就把這人民都毁滅了。』
