那些到埃及尋求幫助的人有禍了！他們仰賴戰馬，倚靠眾多的戰車和強壯的騎兵，卻不仰望以色列的聖者，不尋求耶和華。然而，耶和華有智慧，會降災，從不收回自己的話。祂必懲罰惡人之家及其幫兇。埃及人不過是人，並非上帝；埃及的戰馬是血肉之軀，並非神靈。耶和華一伸手，那些幫兇必踉蹌，受幫助的必跌倒，他們必一同滅亡。

摩西說：「你們為什麼要違背耶和華的命令？你們不會成功的。
