All the trees of the forest will know that I the Lord bring down the tall tree and make the low tree grow tall. I dry up the green tree and make the dry tree flourish.“‘ I the Lord have spoken, and I will do it.’”

他使有權力的從座位上黜落，使卑微的升高；饑餓的、他用美物滿足他們，富足的、他送他們空手走出去。

因為不是從東或從西，不是從曠野或從山嶺；乃是上帝做判斷者，是他使這人降低，使那人升高。

見一切驕傲的人，使他低微；把惡人踐踏於他們的本處；

天地會過去；我的話斷不能過去。

從耶西的樹𣎴子必生出一根枝條來，從他的根必發生一條嫩枝子。永恆主的靈必住在他身上，就是智慧和明達之靈，謀略和能力之靈，認識和敬畏永恆主的靈。他也樂聞敬畏永恆主的香氣。他行審判、不憑眼見，他斷是非，不憑耳聞；他憑義氣為貧寒人申正義，以正直判斷國中的困苦人；他以口中的杖擊打強橫人，以嘴裏的氣殺死惡人。公義必做他腰間的圍帶，忠信必做他脅下的束巾。豺狼必和綿羊羔同住，豹子必和山羊羔同臥；牛犢必同少壯獅子作伴；小孩子要牽着牠們。牛必和熊同喫；牠們的崽必一同躺着；獅子必喫禾藁、像牛一樣。喫奶的嬰兒必在虺蛇的洞口鬥着樂，斷奶的孩子必在毒蛇的穴外學步。在我的聖山地遍處、這一切都不傷人，不毁物；因為人之認識永恆主、必充滿了大地，如同水瀰漫着洋海一般。

主永恆主這麼說：除掉禮冠！摘下冠冕！情形不尋常了。使卑微者升高！使高者降為卑微！

『因為你們必歡歡喜喜出來，平平安安蒙引導；大山小山必在你們面前爆發出歡呼聲；田野所有的樹木必都拍掌。必有松樹長起、以代替荊棘；有桃金孃長起、以代替蕁麻：這必為永恆主留名，作為永遠的證據，不能被剪除。』

要攻擊利巴嫩高而昂的香柏樹，和巴珊的橡樹；攻擊一切高山，一切巍峨的岡陵，

天地會過去，我的話斷不能過去。

願天歡喜，願地快樂；願海和充滿於海中的、澎湃如雷；願陸地和其中所有的、都歡躍；那時森林中的樹木都必在永恆主面前歡呼，因為他來了；

他將卑微的安置於高處，將悲哀的舉到穩妥之地；

他必掌王權管理雅各家、萬世無窮；他的國必沒有終結。』

但我永恆主必說我所要說的話，那就必得成就。必不再久延，乃趁你們在世的日子，叛逆之家啊，我必說那話而成就它：這是主永恆主發神諭說的。』
