“看哪，就像狮子从约旦河边的丛林上来，攻击坚固的居所，我要在转眼之间使迦勒底人逃跑，离开这地。我拣选谁，就派谁治理这地。谁能像我呢？谁能召我出庭呢？有哪一个牧人能在我面前站得住呢？

那五个王逃跑，躲在玛基大洞里。有人告诉约书亚说：“那五个王已经找到了，都躲在玛基大洞里。”约书亚说：“你们把几块大石头滚到洞口，派人在那里看守他们。

所以耶和华使亚述王的将领来攻击他们，用手铐铐住玛拿西，用铜链锁住他，把他带到巴比伦去。

押沙龙刚好遇见了大卫的臣仆。押沙龙骑着骡子，从大橡树密枝底下经过，他的头被橡树夹住，悬挂在空中，所骑的骡子就离他去了。

要跟你们的母亲理论，理论，—因为她不是我的妻子，我也不是她的丈夫—叫她除掉脸上的淫相和胸间的淫态，

你如狮子昂首追捕我，又在我身上显出奇事。

他们去的时候，我要把我的网撒在他们身上；我要捕获他们如同空中的鸟。我必按他们会众所听到的惩罚他们。

“我因此必与你们争辩，也与你们的子孙争辩。这是耶和华说的。

山岭啊，要听耶和华的指控！大地永久的根基啊，要听！因耶和华控告他的百姓，与以色列争辩。

如同罗网一样，因为那日子要临到所有居住在地面上的人。

耶和华的受膏者是我们鼻中的气，被抓到他们的坑里，论到他，我们曾说：“我们必在他荫下，在列国中存活。”

他从高处降火进入我的骨头，克制了我；他张开网，绊我的脚，使我退后，又令我终日凄凉发昏。

人不知道自己的定期。鱼被险恶的网圈住，鸟被罗网捉住，祸患的时刻忽然临到，世人陷在其中也是如此。
