在迦南行淫、至於迦勒底、亦不知足。

于是你与那称为贸易之地的迦勒底多行淫乱，即使这样，你仍不满足。

于是又跟那商贾之地的迦勒底人行淫，但仍不满足。

于是你增多你的淫乱，与贸易之地迦勒底行淫，你还是不满足。

爾在商賈之地迦勒底、益爾淫亂、猶不知足、

Then you increased your promiscuity to include Babylonia, a land of merchants, but even with this you were not satisfied.

Then you offered yourself to the people of Babylon. But that did not satisfy you either. There are many traders in the land of Babylon.

You multiplied your whoring also with the trading land of Chaldea, and even with this you were not satisfied.

You added to your lovers by embracing Babylonia, the land of merchants, but you still weren’t satisfied.

So you extended your prostitution to Chaldea, the land of merchants, but you were not even satisfied with this!

You also multiplied your obscene practice with the land of merchants, Chaldea; yet even with this you were not satisfied.” ’ ”

Moreover you multiplied your acts of harlotry as far as the land of the trader, Chaldea; and even then you were not satisfied.

Thou hast moreover multiplied thy whoredom unto the land of traffic, unto Chaldea; and yet thou wast not satisfied herewith.

So you extended your prostitution to Chaldea, the land of merchants, but you were not even satisfied with this!

Thou hast moreover multiplied thy fornication in the land of Canaan unto Chaldea; and yet thou wast not satisfied herewith.

Then you multiplied your promiscuity to the land of merchants, Babylonia, but you were not satisfied there either.

You have moreover multiplied your prostitution to the land of merchants, to Chaldea; and yet you weren’t satisfied with this.

導其祖出埃及之上帝耶和華、反背之、四周民之上帝、則尊崇伏拜之、以是干耶和華震怒。蓋背耶和華事巴力亞大綠、故耶和華怒以色列族、付於四周之敵、為人所虜、莫能扞禦。無論所往、耶和華降以禍災、踐其疇昔發誓之言、民乃悚懼。耶和華挺生士師、援民於敵手、乃民不聽從、狥欲從他上帝、而伏拜之、其祖在昔惟耶和華命是遵、及至斯民違道甚速。耶和華既挺生士師、則祐彼拯民出敵手、至終其世、蓋民罹暴虐、號呼以籲、故耶和華中心惻焉。迨乎士師既沒、以色列族喪其心術、較之前人尤甚、從他上帝而伏拜之、強項不馴、弗改其非。

亞何利巴增其惡行、見迦勒底人像、繪於墻壁、塗以丹艧、佩博帶、冠華冠、俱若軍長、迦勒底之巴比倫所出、見則懽然、遣使至迦勒底、巴比倫人就之、登榻行淫、婦既被玷、則厭其所懽、彼狥欲行淫若此。我則憾之、與憾其姊無異。亞何利巴更增淫行、當其盛年、在埃及穢德彰聞、至於今日、惡念依然陡起、戀其所懽、其體雄偉、無異驢焉、壯時在埃及行淫、任男擁抱、至於今日、惡念依然陡起。

爾所塗之墉、我必毀之、使盡傾圮。址基畢露、爾曹偕沒、使知我乃耶和華。主耶和華曰、斯墉與塗者、可比以色列族之先知、彼言耶路撒冷必有平康、平康不至、故我毀墉、使塗之者俱沒、以雪我忿。
