The Spirit lifted me up and brought me to the exiles in Babylonia in the vision given by the Spirit of God. Then the vision I had seen went up from me,

The Spirit of God lifted me up. He took me to those who had been brought to Babylon as prisoners. These are the things that happened in the visions the Spirit gave me. Then the visions I had seen were gone.

我識一信基督者、十四年前、被攝至三層天、或身偕在、我不知、或身不偕在、我亦不知、惟天主知之、我知其人被攝至巴拉底瑣、巴拉底瑣或譯天堂或譯樂園或身偕在、我不知、或身不偕在、我亦不知、惟天主知之、彼聞隱秘之言、人所不可道者、

天主語亞伯拉罕已竟、遂離之而昇、

我至特亞畢、特亞畢又作提勒亞畢就被擄之民、居於迦巴魯河濱者、我居被擄之民所居之處、在彼、在其中驚愕而坐、歷七日、○
