These were the living creatures I had seen beneath the God of Israel by the Kebar River, and I realized that they were cherubim.

These were the living creatures that I saw underneath the God of Israel by the Chebar canal; and I knew that they were cherubim.

第三十年四月五日，我正在迦巴魯河邊的時候，天開了，我就看見神的異象；那時，我是在被擄的人中間。

後來基路伯也升起（這些就是我在迦巴魯河邊所看見的活物）。

於是，我起來，出到平原去，看見耶和華的榮耀停在那裡，這榮耀就像我在迦巴魯河邊看見的一樣。於是我俯伏在地。

又在撐子和邊緣的上面刻有基路伯、獅子和棕樹，又在各空處，周圍刻上花紋。

在火中又有四個活物的形狀，牠們的樣子是這樣：牠們都有人的形狀。

在活物的頭頂上面，有穹蒼的形狀，好像閃耀的水晶，十分可畏，在活物的頭頂上面張開。在穹蒼下面，活物的翅膀伸直張開，互相接觸；各自用兩個翅膀遮蔽身體。活物走動的時候，我聽見牠們翅膀的響聲，像洪水的聲音，也像全能者的聲音，又像軍隊喧嚷的聲音。牠們站著不動的時候，翅膀就垂下來。有聲音從牠們頭頂上面的穹蒼發出來；牠們站著不動的時候，翅膀就垂下來。在牠們頭頂的穹蒼上面，有寶座的形狀，好像藍寶石的樣子。在寶座的形象上面，有一個樣子像人的形象。我看見在那仿佛是他腰部以上，好像閃耀的金屬，又好像有火四面包圍。在那仿佛是他腰部以下，我又看見好像有火，光芒環繞著他。下雨的日子，雲中彩虹的樣子怎樣，環繞他的光芒的樣子也怎樣。這就是耶和華榮耀的形狀的樣子。我一看見，就俯伏在地上，跟著聽見有說話的聲音。

內殿和外殿周圍的牆壁上，他都刻上基路伯、棕樹和初開的花朵的雕刻。內殿和外殿的地板上也都貼上金子。內殿的入口，他用橄欖木做了門扇、門楣和五根門柱。他在橄欖木做的兩門上，雕刻上基路伯、棕樹和初開的花朵。他又在基路伯和棕樹上包上了金子。他又照樣為外殿的門，用橄欖木做了四根門柱。用松木做的兩扇門，這一扇有兩葉，是疊合在一起的，那一扇也有兩葉，也是疊合在一起的。他又在上面刻上了基路伯、棕樹和初開的花朵；又在雕刻上緊貼上金子。
