然我之立爾、實欲顯我能於爾、且揚我名於天下、

But I have raised you up for this very purpose, that I might show you my power and that my name might be proclaimed in all the earth.

But I had a special reason for making you king. I decided to show you my power. I wanted my name to become known everywhere on earth.

But for this purpose I have raised you up, to show you my power, so that my name may be proclaimed in all the earth.

But I have spared you for a purpose— to show you my power and to spread my fame throughout the earth.

However, I have let you live for this purpose: to show you my power and to make my name known on the whole earth.

But indeed, for this reason I have allowed you to remain, in order to show you My power and in order to proclaim My name throughout the earth.

But indeed for this purpose I have raised you up, that I may show My power in you, and that My name may be declared in all the earth.

but in very deed for this cause have I made thee to stand, to show thee my power, and that my name may be declared throughout all the earth.

However, I have let you live for this purpose: to show you My power and to make My name known in all the earth.

And in very deed for this[ cause] have I raised thee up, for to shew[ in] thee my power; and that my name may be declared throughout all the earth.

But for this purpose I have caused you to stand: to show you my strength, and so that my name may be declared in all the earth.

蓋經諭法老云、我之興爾、特彰我能於爾、揚我名於天下、

願其永久愧恥驚惶、慚怍滅亡兮、俾知爾名耶和華者、在於寰宇、獨為至高兮、

耶和華所造者、俱適其用、其造惡人、為使屆期受難、

眾皆驚懼、述上帝之經營、明晰思其作為兮、

述其尊榮於列邦、道其奇行於萬民兮、

擊埃及之長子、以其慈惠永存兮、導以色列出其間、以其慈惠永存兮、施能手與奮臂、以其慈惠永存兮、分裂紅海、以其慈惠永存兮、導以色列經行其中、以其慈惠永存兮、覆法老與其軍於紅海、以其慈惠永存兮、

今知耶和華較諸神為大、即於埃及人狂傲之事顯之也、

且為躓石、為礙磐、以其背道而蹶焉、此亦預定者也、

我必使埃及人剛愎厥心、追入於海、我將因法老、及其軍旅車騎而獲榮焉、

耶和華歟、諸神之中、誰其似汝、既聖且榮、可頌可畏、施行異蹟、孰堪比擬、爾伸右手、敵為地吞、所贖之民、以慈導之、施厥大能、引入聖所、列邦聞之而戰慄、非利士居民因之而悽愴、以東侯伯悚惶、摩押英豪震慴、迦南居民銷鑠、驚駭恐懼、臨及其身、耶和華歟、因爾巨臂、彼皆寂然如石、俟爾之民過焉、俟爾所贖之民過焉、

蓋有數人潛入、即自昔所預載以服此鞫者、彼乃不虔之人、以我上帝之恩、反縱其慾、而不認唯一主宰及我主耶穌基督、○

緣有對上帝之良、雖受枉而忍憂、則見納矣、

禍哉我也、孰克拯我、脫斯大能之神之手、昔在曠野、以諸災擊埃及人者、即斯神也、

以其榮臂援摩西之右手、判海水於其前、丕顯其名、永世弗替、導民涉深淵、若馬行原野、不致顚躓、耶和華之神、使民綏安、若羣畜之息於陵谷、爾導民如是、以彰爾榮名、

若上帝欲彰其怒、示其能、以恆忍包容可怒之器、備以毀敗者、

我必使之剛愎厥心、追襲於後、我將獲榮於法老、及其軍旅、俾埃及人知我為耶和華、以色列人遂如是行、

爾出埃及時、耶和華使紅海之水涸於爾前、約但東之亞摩利二王西宏及噩、為爾所滅、我已聞之、我儕聞而心怯、以爾之故、無不氣餒者、蓋爾上帝耶和華、乃上天下地之上帝也、

譎者許願、羣中原有牡牲、乃以殘廢之牲獻主、其人可詛、我乃大君、我名在列邦中為可畏、萬軍之耶和華言之矣、

萬軍之耶和華曰、自日出至日入之處、我名為大於列邦、隨在有人為之焚香、獻清潔之祭品、蓋我名為大於列邦也、
