When Moses set up the tabernacle, he put the bases in place, erected the frames, inserted the crossbars and set up the posts.

『你要用皂莢木作帳幕站立着的框子。一個框子要長十肘，每一個框子要寬一肘半。每一個框子要有兩個榫彼此銜接；帳幕一切的框子你都要這樣作。你要給帳幕作框子：給南邊、即向南那方面、作二十個框子。你要作四十個帶卯的銀座在這二十個框子底下；一個框子底下有兩個卯來接它的兩個榫；另一個框子底下也有兩個卯來接它的兩個榫。帳幕的第二邊、就是北面、也要有二十個框子，和四十個帶卯的銀座；一個框子底下有兩個卯，另一個框子底下也有兩個卯。給帳幕後部、就是西面、你要作六個框子。給在後部帳幕的拐角、你要作兩個框子。在下頭它們是雙的，但是在上頭、這一雙卻要跟第一個環合成一個：它們兩副都要這樣、來做兩個拐角。所以要有八個框子和十六個帶卯的銀座；一個框子底下有兩個卯，另一個框子底下也有兩個卯。『你要用皂莢木作橫木：帳幕一邊的框子要五根；帳幕另一邊的框子也要五根橫木；帳幕另一邊、向西的、後部的框子、也要五根橫木。在框子中段中橫木要從這一頭橫串到那一頭。框子要包金；它們的環要作金的、來做穿橫木的所在；它們的橫木也要包金。你立起帳幕、要照你在山上蒙指示的模樣。

趕期滿的時候一來到，上帝就差遣出他的兒子、由婦人而生，生於律法之下，

我聽見有大聲音從寶座間發出，說：『看哪，上帝榮現之幕所在人中間；他必與人同住；他們必做他的子民；上帝必親自與他們同在，

倘若我躭延，你也可以知道在上帝家中應當怎樣起居。這一種家乃是永活上帝的教會，是真理的柱石和扶牆。

『正月初一日，你要把會棚的帳幕立起來。

我的居所必在他們上面；我要做他們的上帝，他們要做我的子民。我的聖所在他們中間到永遠，列國就知道我乃是永恆主，使以色列成聖別的。』
