亞倫曰、我主勿怒、斯民決志作惡、爾所知也、

亞倫曰、我主毋怒、爾知斯民專於作惡、

“ Do not be angry, my lord,” Aaron answered.“ You know how prone these people are to evil.

“ Please don’t be angry,” Aaron answered.“ You know how these people like to do what is evil.

And Aaron said,“ Let not the anger of my lord burn hot. You know the people, that they are set on evil.

“ Don’t get so upset, my lord,” Aaron replied.“ You yourself know how evil these people are.

“ Don’t be enraged, my lord,” Aaron replied.“ You yourself know that the people are intent on evil.

So Aaron said,“ Do not let the anger of my Lord become hot. You know the people, that they are set on evil.

And Aaron said, Let not the anger of my lord wax hot: thou knowest the people, that they are set on evil.

“ Don’t be enraged, my lord,” Aaron replied.“ You yourself know that the people are intent on evil.

And Aaron said, Let not the anger of my lord wax hot: thou knowest the people, that they[ are set] on mischief.

Aaron said,“ Do not let your anger burn hot, my lord; you know these people, that they tend to evil.

Aaron said,“ Don’t let the anger of my lord grow hot. You know the people, that they are set on evil.

You have been rebellious toward the Lord since the day I knew you.

Then they said to Moses,“ Is it because there were no graves in Egypt that you have taken us away to die in the wilderness? Why have you dealt with us in this way, bringing us out of Egypt?

But they did not listen to Moses, and some left part of it until morning, and it bred worms and stank; and Moses was angry with them.

So the people grumbled at Moses, saying,“ What are we to drink?”

Then Saul said to Samuel,“ I have sinned, for I have violated the command of the Lord and your words, because I feared the people and listened to their voice.

Remember, do not forget how you provoked the Lord your God to anger in the wilderness; from the day that you left the land of Egypt until you arrived at this place, you have been rebellious against the Lord.

For I know your rebellion and your stubbornness; behold, as long as I have been alive with you until today, you have been rebellious against the Lord; how much more, then, after my death?

For they cannot sleep unless they do evil; And they are robbed of sleep unless they make someone stumble.

Then the Lord said to Moses,“ How long do you refuse to keep My commandments and My instructions?

But the whole congregation of the sons of Israel grumbled against Moses and Aaron in the wilderness.The sons of Israel said to them,“ If only we had died by the Lord’s hand in the land of Egypt, when we sat by the pots of meat, when we ate bread until we were full; for you have brought us out into this wilderness to kill this entire assembly with hunger!”Then the Lord said to Moses,“ Behold, I will rain bread from heaven for you; and the people shall go out and gather a day’s portion every day, so that I may test them, whether or not they will walk in My instruction.

So the people quarreled with Moses and said,“ Give us water so that we may drink!” And Moses said to them,“ Why do you quarrel with me? Why do you test the Lord?”But the people were thirsty for water there; and they grumbled against Moses and said,“ Why is it that you have you brought us up from Egypt, to kill us and our children and our livestock with thirst?”So Moses cried out to the Lord, saying,“ What am I to do with this people? A little more and they will stone me!”

He plans wickedness on his bed; He sets himself on a path that is not good; He does not reject evil.
