“这些话是耶和华在山上，从火焰、密云、幽暗中，大声吩咐你们全会众的，再没有加添别的话了。他把这些话写在两块石版上，交给我。

耶和华对摩西说：“你上山到我这里来，就在那里，我要将石版，就是我所写的律法和诫命赐给你，使你可以教导他们。”

而你们显明自己是基督的书信，藉着我们写成的。不是用墨写的，而是用永生神的灵写的；不是写在石版上，而是写在心版上的。

术士对法老说：“这是神的手指。”法老心里刚硬，不听摩西和亚伦，正如耶和华所说的。

摩西在耶和华那里四十昼夜，不吃饭不喝水。他把这约的话，那十条诫命，写在版上。摩西下西奈山。摩西从山上下来的时候，手里拿着两块法版。摩西不知道自己脸上的皮肤因耶和华和他说话而发光。

我若靠着神的灵赶鬼，那么，神的国就已临到你们了。

那用字刻在石头上属死的事奉尚且有荣光，以致以色列人因摩西脸上那逐渐褪色的荣光不能定睛看他的脸，那属圣灵的事奉不是更有荣光吗？

我若靠着神的能力赶鬼，那么，神的国就已临到你们了。

那些日子以后，我与以色列家所立的约是这样：我要将我的律法放在他们里面，写在他们心上。我要作他们的神，他们要作我的子民。这是耶和华说的。

摩西进入云中，登上了山。摩西在山上四十昼夜。

耶和华对摩西说：“你要凿出两块石版，和先前的一样；我要把你摔碎的那版上先前所写的字，写在这版上。明日早晨，你要预备好了，上西奈山，在山顶那里站在我面前。谁也不可和你上去，整座山都不可见到人，也不可有羊群牛群在山下吃草。”摩西就凿出两块石版，和先前的一样。他清晨起来，遵照耶和华吩咐他的，上西奈山去，手里拿着两块石版。

我上了山，要领受两块石版，就是耶和华与你们立约的版。那时我在山上住了四十昼夜，没有吃饭，也没有喝水。耶和华把那两块石版交给我，是神用指头写成的；版上是耶和华在大会的那一天，在山上从火中对你们所说的一切话。过了四十昼夜，耶和华把那两块石版，就是约版，交给我。
