You shall put this altar in front of the veil that is near the ark of the testimony, in front of the atoning cover that is over the ark of the testimony, where I will meet with you.

要把壇放在法櫃前的幔子外，對着法櫃上的施恩座，就是我要與你相會的地方。

要把壇放在法櫃前的幔子外，對着法櫃上的櫃蓋，就是我與你相會的地方。

要把壇放在法櫃前的幔子外，對着法櫃上的櫃蓋，就是我與你相會的地方。

要把香壇放在約櫃前幔子的外面，對著約櫃上的施恩座——就是我要跟你會面的地方。

你要把壇放在法櫃前面的幔幕前，面對著法櫃上的施恩座，就是我與你相會的地方。

要把壇放在帷帳前面、對着裏面的法櫃、在法櫃上的除罪蓋前面；那蓋就是我要和你相會的地方。

置壇於法匱旁之㡘外、法版之上、施恩座前、我將臨汝之處、

於法匱簾外、施恩所前、我涖臨之處、必置其壇。

當以臺置於掩法匱之幔前、與法匱上之贖罪蓋、即我降臨諭爾之所相對、

Put the altar in front of the curtain that shields the ark of the covenant law— before the atonement cover that is over the tablets of the covenant law— where I will meet with you.

Put the altar in front of the curtain that hangs in front of the ark. The ark is where the tablets of the covenant law are kept. The ark will have a cover. It will be the place where sin is paid for. There I will meet with you.

And you shall put it in front of the veil that is above the ark of the testimony, in front of the mercy seat that is above the testimony, where I will meet with you.

Place the incense altar just outside the inner curtain that shields the Ark of the Covenant, in front of the Ark’s cover— the place of atonement— that covers the tablets inscribed with the terms of the covenant. I will meet with you there.

“ You are to place the altar in front of the curtain by the ark of the testimony— in front of the mercy seat that is over the testimony— where I will meet with you.

And you shall put it before the veil that is before the ark of the Testimony, before the mercy seat that is over the Testimony, where I will meet with you.

And thou shalt put it before the veil that is by the ark of the testimony, before the mercy- seat that is over the testimony, where I will meet with thee.

“ You are to place the altar in front of the veil by the ark of the testimony— in front of the mercy seat that is over the testimony— where I will meet with you.

And thou shalt put it before the vail that[ is] by the ark of the testimony, before the mercy seat that[ is] over the testimony, where I will meet with thee.

“ You are to put it in front of the curtain that is before the ark of the testimony( before the atonement lid that is over the testimony), where I will meet you.

You shall put it before the veil that is by the ark of the covenant, before the mercy seat that is over the covenant, where I will meet with you.

Then you shall put the atoning cover on top of the ark, and in the ark you shall put the testimony which I will give to you.There I will meet with you; and from above the atoning cover, from between the two cherubim which are upon the ark of the testimony, I will speak to you about every commandment that I will give you for the sons of Israel.

And you shall crush some of it very fine, and put part of it in front of the testimony in the tent of meeting where I will meet with you; it shall be most holy to you.

And behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth shook and the rocks were split.

You shall then leave them in the tent of meeting in front of the testimony, where I meet with you.

Therefore let’s approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace for help at the time of our need.

Then David gave to his son Solomon the plan of the porch of the temple, its buildings, its storehouses, its upper rooms, its inner rooms, and the room for the atoning cover;

Behind the second veil there was a tabernacle which is called the Most Holy Place,having a golden altar of incense and the ark of the covenant covered on all sides with gold, in which was a golden jar holding the manna, Aaron’s staff which budded, and the tablets of the covenant;and above it were the cherubim of glory overshadowing the atoning cover; but about these things we cannot now speak in detail.

You shall place the ark of the testimony there, and you shall screen off the ark with the veil.

You shall also set the gold altar of incense in front of the ark of the testimony, and set up the curtain for the doorway to the tabernacle.

“ You shall also make a veil of violet, purple, and scarlet material, and fine twisted linen; it shall be made with cherubim, the work of a skilled embroiderer.Then you shall hang it on four pillars of acacia overlaid with gold, their hooks also of gold, on four bases of silver.You shall hang up the veil under the clasps, and bring in the ark of the testimony there within the veil; and the veil shall serve as a partition for you between the Holy Place and the Most Holy Place.You shall put the atoning cover on the ark of the testimony in the Most Holy Place.And you shall set the table outside the veil, and the lampstand opposite the table on the side of the tabernacle toward the south; and you shall put the table on the north side.

Then he placed the gold altar in the tent of meeting in front of the veil;

It shall be a continual burnt offering throughout your generations at the doorway of the tent of meeting before the Lord, where I will meet with you, to speak to you there.I will meet there with the sons of Israel, and it shall be consecrated by My glory.

He shall put the incense on the fire before the Lord, so that the cloud of incense may cover the atoning cover that is on the ark of the testimony, otherwise he will die.
