But Moses protested to God,“ Who am I to appear before Pharaoh? Who am I to lead the people of Israel out of Egypt?”

摩西对神说：“我是什么人，竟能去见法老，将以色列人从埃及领出来呢？”

摩西对上帝说：“我是什么人，竟能去见法老，把以色列人从埃及领出来呢？”

但摩西对上帝说：“我是谁啊？怎么能去见法老，把以色列人从埃及领出来呢？”

摩西对神说：“我是谁，竟能到法老那里去，把以色列人从埃及领出来呢？”

摩西對神說：「我是甚麼人，竟能去見法老，將以色列人從埃及領出來呢？」

摩西對上帝說：「我是甚麼人，竟能去見法老，把以色列人從埃及領出來呢？」

摩西對神說：「我是甚麼人，竟能去見法老，把以色列人從埃及領出來呢？」

但摩西對上帝說：「我是誰啊？怎麼能去見法老，把以色列人從埃及領出來呢？」

摩西對神說：“我是誰，竟能到法老那裡去，把以色列人從埃及領出來呢？”

摩西對上帝說：『我是甚麼人，竟能去見法老，將以色列人從埃及領出來呢？』

摩西對上帝曰、我何人斯、得詣法老、而導以色列人出埃及乎、

摩西對曰、我何人斯、焉得見法老、導以色列族出埃及乎。

摩西對天主曰、我何人斯、焉可往見法老、而導以色列族出伊及乎、

But Moses said to God,“ Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh and bring the Israelites out of Egypt?”

But Moses spoke to God.“ Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh?” he said.“ Who am I that I should bring the Israelites out of Egypt?”

But Moses said to God,“ Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh and bring the children of Israel out of Egypt?”

But Moses asked God,“ Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh and that I should bring the Israelites out of Egypt?”

But Moses said to God,“ Who am I, that I should go to Pharaoh, and that I should bring the sons of Israel out of Egypt?”

But Moses said to God,“ Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh, and that I should bring the children of Israel out of Egypt?”

And Moses said unto God, Who am I, that I should go unto Pharaoh, and that I should bring forth the children of Israel out of Egypt?

But Moses asked God,“ Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh and that I should bring the Israelites out of Egypt?”

And Moses said unto God, Who[ am] I, that I should go unto Pharaoh, and that I should bring forth the children of Israel out of Egypt?

Moses said to God,“ Who am I, that I should go to Pharaoh, or that I should bring the Israelites out of Egypt?”

Moses said to God,“ Who am I, that I should go to Pharaoh, and that I should bring the children of Israel out of Egypt?”

“ Who am I, and what is my family in Israel that I should be the king’s son in law?” David exclaimed.“ My father’s family is nothing!”

“ But Lord!” Moses objected.“ My own people won’t listen to me anymore. How can I expect Pharaoh to listen? I’m such a clumsy speaker!”

It is not that we think we are qualified to do anything on our own. Our qualification comes from God.

“ O Sovereign Lord,” I said,“ I can’t speak for you! I’m too young!”

Then I said,“ It’s all over! I am doomed, for I am a sinful man. I have filthy lips, and I live among a people with filthy lips. Yet I have seen the King, the Lord of Heaven’s Armies.”Then one of the seraphim flew to me with a burning coal he had taken from the altar with a pair of tongs.He touched my lips with it and said,“ See, this coal has touched your lips. Now your guilt is removed, and your sins are forgiven.”Then I heard the Lord asking,“ Whom should I send as a messenger to this people? Who will go for us?” I said,“ Here I am. Send me.”

Then King David went in and sat before the Lord and prayed,“ Who am I, O Sovereign Lord, and what is my family, that you have brought me this far?

To those who are perishing, we are a dreadful smell of death and doom. But to those who are being saved, we are a life giving perfume. And who is adequate for such a task as this?

“ One day when Moses was forty years old, he decided to visit his relatives, the people of Israel.He saw an Egyptian mistreating an Israelite. So Moses came to the man’s defense and avenged him, killing the Egyptian.Moses assumed his fellow Israelites would realize that God had sent him to rescue them, but they didn’t.

Give me an understanding heart so that I can govern your people well and know the difference between right and wrong. For who by himself is able to govern this great people of yours?”

“ Now, O Lord my God, you have made me king instead of my father, David, but I am like a little child who doesn’t know his way around.

But Moses pleaded with the Lord,“ O Lord, I’m not very good with words. I never have been, and I’m not now, even though you have spoken to me. I get tongue tied, and my words get tangled.”Then the Lord asked Moses,“ Who makes a person’s mouth? Who decides whether people speak or do not speak, hear or do not hear, see or do not see? Is it not I, the Lord?Now go! I will be with you as you speak, and I will instruct you in what to say.”But Moses again pleaded,“ Lord, please! Send anyone else.”
