They are to eat these offerings by which atonement was made for their ordination and consecration. But no one else may eat them, because they are sacred.

These are the offerings to pay for their sins. They must eat them. The offerings must be made when Aaron and his sons are set apart and prepared to serve the Lord. No one else can eat them. They are sacred.

「任何外人都不可吃聖物；寄居在祭司家的，或雇工，都不可吃聖物。若是祭司用自己的銀錢買來的人，就可以吃聖物；在他家出生的人也可以吃他的食物。祭司的女兒若嫁給外人，就不可吃舉祭的聖物。但祭司的女兒若成為寡婦或被休，又沒有後裔，她回到父家，好像年輕的時候，就可以吃她父親的食物。只是任何外人都不可吃它。

對可拉和他所有同夥的人說：「到了早晨，耶和華必指示誰是屬他的，誰是成為聖的，就准許誰親近他。他要叫自己所揀選的人親近他。

在帳幕前東邊，向日出的方向，安營的是摩西、亞倫和亞倫的兒子。他們負責看守聖所，是為以色列人看守的。近前來的外人必被處死。

給以色列人作紀念，為要叫亞倫子孫之外的人不得近前來，在耶和華面前燒香，免得他和可拉與同他一夥的人一樣，正如耶和華藉摩西所吩咐的。

你要指派亞倫和他的兒子謹守祭司的職分；近前來的外人必被處死。」

你和你的兒子要謹守祭司的職分，負責一切關於祭壇和幔子內的事。我把祭司的職分賜給你們，作為賞賜好事奉我；凡挨近的外人必被處死。」

你們要在聖處吃，因為在獻給耶和華的火祭中，這是你和你兒子當得的份；所吩咐我的就是這樣。這搖祭的胸和這舉祭的腿，你要在潔淨的地方和你的兒女一同吃，因為這些是從以色列人的平安祭中歸給你，作為你和你兒子當得的份。他們要把舉祭的腿、搖祭的胸和火祭的脂肪一同帶來，在耶和華面前搖一搖，作為搖祭。這些要歸給你和你兒子，作永遠當得的份，都是照耶和華所吩咐的。」那時，摩西急切地尋找那隻贖罪祭的公山羊，看哪，牠已經燒掉了。他向亞倫剩下的兒子以利亞撒和以他瑪發怒，說：「你們為何沒有在聖所吃這贖罪祭呢？它是至聖的，是耶和華給你們的，為了除掉會眾的罪孽，在耶和華面前為他們贖罪。看哪，這祭牲的血沒有拿到聖所裏去！你們應當照我所吩咐的，在聖所裏吃這祭肉。」

耶穌對他們說：「我實實在在地告訴你們，你們若不吃人子的肉，不喝人子的血，在你們裏面就沒有生命。吃我肉、喝我血的人就有永生，並且在末日我要使他復活。我的肉是真正可吃的；我的血是真正可喝的。
