and fasten them on the shoulder pieces of the ephod as memorial stones for the sons of Israel. Aaron is to bear the names on his shoulders as a memorial before the Lord.

Connect them to the shoulder straps of the linen apron. The stones will stand for the sons of Israel. Aaron must carry the names on his shoulders as a constant reminder while he is serving the Lord.

And you shall set the two stones on the shoulder pieces of the ephod, as stones of remembrance for the sons of Israel. And Aaron shall bear their names before the Lord on his two shoulders for remembrance.

Fasten the two stones on the shoulder pieces of the ephod as a reminder that Aaron represents the people of Israel. Aaron will carry these names on his shoulders as a constant reminder whenever he goes before the Lord.

他們琢出兩塊紅瑪瑙，鑲在金槽裏，如同刻印章，刻上以色列眾子的名字。他把這兩塊寶石安在以弗得的兩條肩帶上，為以色列人作紀念石，是照耶和華所吩咐摩西的。

再把純乳香撒在每行餅上，作為紀念，是獻給耶和華為食物的火祭。

他向我們列祖施憐憫，記得他的聖約，

「你們要記念這日，世世代代守這日為耶和華的節日，作為你們永遠的定例。

哥尼流定睛看他，驚惶地說：「主啊，甚麼事？」天使對他說：「你的禱告和你的賙濟已達到上帝面前，蒙記念了。

耶路撒冷啊，我在你城牆上設立守望者，他們晝夜不停地呼喊。呼求耶和華的啊，你們不要歇息，

上帝說：「這是我與你們，以及和你們一起的一切生物所立之永約的記號，直到萬代：我把彩虹放在雲中，這就是我與地立約的記號了。我使雲遮地的時候，會有彩虹出現在雲中，我就記念我與你們，以及各樣有血肉的生物所立的約：不再有洪水氾濫去毀滅一切有血肉的了。彩虹出現在雲中，我看見了，就要記念上帝與地上一切有血肉的生物所立的永約。」上帝對挪亞說：「這就是我與地上一切有血肉的立約的記號。」

當時，你在異象中吩咐你的聖民，說：「我已把救助之力加在壯士身上，高舉了那從百姓中所揀選的人。

他扶助了他的僕人以色列，不忘記施憐憫，

就是他，要建造耶和華的殿，他要承受尊榮，坐在位上掌王權；又有一位祭司坐在自己的位上，兩職之間籌劃和平。這冠冕要歸希連、多比雅、耶大雅，和西番雅的兒子賢，放在耶和華的殿裏作為紀念。』」

因有一嬰孩為我們而生；有一子賜給我們。政權必擔在他的肩頭上；他名稱為「奇妙策士、全能的上帝、永在的父、和平的君」。

以弗得當有兩條肩帶，接上兩端，使它相連。

這要在你手上作記號，在你額上作紀念，使耶和華的教導常在你口中，因為耶和華用大能的手將你從埃及領出來。

「看哪！上帝是我的拯救；我要倚靠他，並不懼怕。因為主耶和華是我的力量，是我的詩歌，他也成了我的拯救。」

所以，凡靠着他進到上帝面前的人，他都能拯救到底，因為他長遠活着為他們祈求。這樣一位聖潔、無邪惡、無玷污、遠離罪人、高過諸天的大祭司，對我們是最合適的；他不像那些大祭司，每日必須先為自己的罪，後為百姓的罪獻祭，因為他只一次將自己獻上就把這事成全了。律法所立的大祭司本是有弱點的人，但在律法以後，上帝以起誓的話立了兒子為大祭司，成為完全，直到永遠。
