他的手不加害在以色列的尊者身上。他们观看神；他们又吃又喝。

But God did not raise his hand against these leaders of the Israelites; they saw God, and they ate and drank.

But God didn’t destroy those Israelite leaders when they saw him. They ate and drank.

And he did not lay his hand on the chief men of the people of Israel; they beheld God, and ate and drank.

And though these nobles of Israel gazed upon God, he did not destroy them. In fact, they ate a covenant meal, eating and drinking in his presence!

God did not harm the Israelite nobles; they saw him, and they ate and drank.

Yet He did not reach out with His hand against the nobles of the sons of Israel; and they saw God, and they ate and drank.

But on the nobles of the children of Israel He did not lay His hand. So they saw God, and they ate and drank.

And upon the nobles of the children of Israel he laid not his hand: and they beheld God, and did eat and drink.

God did not harm the Israelite nobles; they saw Him, and they ate and drank.

And upon the nobles of the children of Israel he laid not his hand: also they saw God, and did eat and drink.

But he did not lay a hand on the leaders of the Israelites, so they saw God, and they ate and they drank.

He didn’t lay his hand on the nobles of the children of Israel. They saw God, and ate and drank.

又在山獻祭、招其戚族共食、後宿於山、

夏甲蒙耶和華諭、則稱其名曰監人之上帝、蓋曰、我豈於此、瞻仰夫監我者乎、

葉忒羅以燔祭及他祭、獻於上帝、亞倫暨以色列長老咸集、與摩西外戚食於上帝前、○

耶和華諭之曰、爾下戒民、勿越境、以窺耶和華、致多隕沒、

我所祝之杯、非與基督之血乎、我所擘之餅、非與基督之身乎、蓋我眾乃一餅一體、因皆共此一餅也、試觀依形軀之以色列人、食祭物者、非與於祭壇乎、

曾有國民、聞上帝出自火中之言、如爾所聞、而猶生存者乎、

貴胄遣役取水、至井見其無水、乃攜空器而返、含羞抱愧、而蒙其首、

維時、所遺貴胄庶民、下攻強敵、耶和華涖臨、為我下擊勇士、

惟此井兮、牧伯鑿之、民之長者、以梃以杖掘之、

耶和華諭摩西曰、爾與亞倫拿答亞比戶、及以色列長老七十人、其上詣我、遙立而拜、

語其妻曰、我儕必死、因睹上帝也、

摩西與亞倫拿答亞比戶、及以色列長老七十人、咸登、覲以色列之上帝、在其足下、如蒼玉平鋪、如昊天清朗、

雅各獨留、遇一人與之角力、迄於黎明、相角之時、其人自知不勝、觸雅各髀傷之、曰、容我去、天明矣、曰、不為我祝嘏、必不容爾去、曰爾何名、曰、雅各、曰、今而後、爾不復名雅各、當名以色列、蓋爾與上帝及人較量、而獲勝也、雅各曰、請以爾名告我、曰、曷問我名、遂在彼為之祝嘏、雅各名其地曰毘努伊勒、曰、我與上帝覿面、而我命尚存、日出時、雅各過毘努伊勒、髀傷、其行蹣跚、因其人觸雅各髀、傷其巨筋、故以色列人不食髀之巨筋、至於今日、

遂假亞哈名作書、鈐以王印、致於拿伯邑中、與彼偕居之長老顯者、

乃率百夫長、貴胄民長、以及四境之民、自耶和華室、導王而下、由上門入王宮、俾踐國位、

又曰、爾不可覿我面、人而覿我、不得生存、又曰、近我有處、爾可立於磐上、我之榮光過時、必藏爾於磐穴、掩爾以手、俟我過焉、後則移手、使觀我背、惟不得瞻我面、

我之所往所為、有司不知、我亦未告猶大人、與祭司、顯者、民長、及工匠、

且牽肥犢宰之、我儕食而樂焉、蓋我此子、死而復生、亡而復得者也、眾遂樂焉、

在彼食於爾上帝耶和華前、與爾眷屬、樂乎爾手所為、即爾上帝耶和華錫嘏之事、

蓋彼必為強大之族、天下萬民、因之獲福、

其往樂意以食餅、懽心以飲酒、蓋上帝悅爾所為也、
