彼但有此衣、用以蔽體、若不反之、何以安寢、我以矜憫為懷、彼若呼籲我、我必俯聽、○

because that cloak is the only covering your neighbor has. What else can they sleep in? When they cry out to me, I will hear, for I am compassionate.
