“人若用棍子打奴仆或婢女，立时死在他的手下，他必要受刑。

“ Anyone who beats their male or female slave with a rod must be punished if the slave dies as a direct result,

“ Suppose a person beats their male or female slave to death with a club. That person must be punished.

“ When a man strikes his slave, male or female, with a rod and the slave dies under his hand, he shall be avenged.

“ If a man beats his male or female slave with a club and the slave dies as a result, the owner must be punished.

“ When a man strikes his male or female slave with a rod, and the slave dies under his abuse, the owner must be punished.

“ And if someone strikes his male or female slave with a rod and the slave dies at his hand, he shall be punished.

“ And if a man beats his male or female servant with a rod, so that he dies under his hand, he shall surely be punished.

And if a man smite his servant, or his maid, with a rod, and he die under his hand; he shall surely be punished.

“ When a man strikes his male or female slave with a rod, and the slave dies under his abuse, the owner must be punished.

And if a man smite his servant, or his maid, with a rod, and he die under his hand; he shall be surely punished.

“ If a man strikes his male servant or his female servant with a staff so that he or she dies as a result of the blow, he will surely be punished.

“ If a man strikes his servant or his maid with a rod, and he dies under his hand, the man shall surely be punished.

你眼不可顾惜，要以命偿命，以眼还眼，以牙还牙，以手还手，以脚还脚。”

若杀该隐，遭报七倍，杀拉麦，必遭报七十七倍。”

因为他是神的用人，是与你有益的。你若作恶，却当惧怕，因为他不是空空地佩剑；他是神的用人，是伸冤的，刑罚那作恶的。

“人若打坏了他奴仆或是婢女的一只眼，就要因他的眼放他去得以自由。若打掉了他奴仆或是婢女的一个牙，就要因他的牙放他去得以自由。”

他们说：‘我们禁食，你为何不看见呢？我们刻苦己心，你为何不理会呢？’看哪，你们禁食的日子仍求利益，勒逼人为你们做苦工。你们禁食，却互相争竞，以凶恶的拳头打人。你们今日禁食，不得使你们的声音听闻于上。

耶和华对他说：“凡杀该隐的，必遭报七倍。”耶和华就给该隐立一个记号，免得人遇见他就杀他。

凡流人血的，他的血也必被人所流，因为神造人是照自己的形像造的。

只用言语，仆人不肯受管教；他虽然明白，也不留意。

报血仇的必亲自杀那故杀人的，一遇见就杀他。

“无论谁故杀人，要凭几个见证人的口把那故杀人的杀了，只是不可凭一个见证的口叫人死。故杀人、犯死罪的，你们不可收赎价代替他的命；他必被治死。那逃到逃城的人，你们不可为他收赎价，使他在大祭司未死以先再来住在本地。这样，你们就不污秽所住之地，因为血是污秽地的；若有在地上流人血的，非流那杀人者的血，那地就不得洁净。
