第七日、為爾天主耶和華之安息日、是日、爾與子女奴婢牲畜、並居爾邑之外邦客旅、無論何工、皆不可作、

但第七日是向耶和华你神当守的安息日。这一日你和你的儿女、仆婢、牲畜，并你城里寄居的客旅，无论何工都不可做；

但第七日是向耶和华—你的上帝当守的安息日。这一日你和你的儿女、奴仆、婢女、牲畜，以及你城里寄居的客旅，都不可做任何的工。

but the seventh day is a sabbath to the Lord your God. On it you shall not do any work, neither you, nor your son or daughter, nor your male or female servant, nor your animals, nor any foreigner residing in your towns.

But the seventh day is a sabbath to honor the Lord your God. Do not do any work on that day. The same command applies to your sons and daughters, your male and female servants, and your animals. It also applies to any outsiders who live in your towns.

第七日為爾天主耶和華之安息日、是日爾與子女奴婢及牛驢諸牲畜、並居爾邑之外邦客旅、無論何工、皆不可作、使爾奴婢安息、與爾無異、當追憶昔爾在伊及為奴、爾天主耶和華以大力大威導爾出、緣此爾天主耶和華命爾守安息日、

六日間爾可操作、至第七日當安息、雖時逢稼穡、亦當安息、

以色列人居曠野時、遇一人於安息日採薪、遇之者解之至摩西亞倫與會眾前、囚之於獄、因尚未擬定何以處治、主諭摩西曰、其人必當治死、會眾當於營外擊之以石、於是會眾曳之營外、以石擊之死、遵主所命摩西者、○

至第七日、民中有出以斂者、果無所得、主諭摩西曰、爾曹不守我誡命律法、將至幾時乎、

歸、備香品及香膏、當安息日遵誡而安息、

不以我女嫁異邦人、不為我子娶異邦人之女、

毋欺外邦客旅、因爾曾為客旅於伊及地、知客旅之心、○六年間、爾可耕種田畝、穫其所產、至七年以為閒田、休息不耕、使爾民中貧者食之、其餘任野獸食之、爾葡萄園與油果樹園、亦如是行、六日間、爾可作爾事、至第七日則安息、使爾牛驢亦可歇息、使爾婢之子、並外邦客旅、亦得休養、

當時、我見猶大地、有人於安息日、踐葡萄於壓酒處、運禾束、又以酒、葡萄、無花果、及別類之物、負載於驢、於安息日攜入耶路撒冷、我戒之、不可於此日鬻食物、有推羅人居耶路撒冷、攜魚與各種貨物、安息日鬻於猶大人、我斥責猶大諸顯者、謂之曰、爾行不法、犯安息日何耶、昔列祖亦如斯行、我天主以此諸災、降於我儕及此城、今爾犯安息日、使以色列人干主怒尤甚、厥後安息日前一日、耶路撒冷城門中方昏時、我命人閉扉、必俟踰安息日始啟、又使我之僕守於門側、免有人於安息日負載入城、有商賈與鬻各物者、一二次宿於耶路撒冷城外、我警戒之、謂之曰、何為宿於城下、宿於城下原文作對城而宿如再行此、我必執爾、我必執爾或作我必醫治爾原文作我必向爾伸手自此以後、安息日彼不復來、

告以色列人云、爾曹當守我安息日、此安息日、於我與爾曹間歷代為證、俾爾知我耶和華使爾成聖者、

爾與子女奴婢、與居爾邑之利未人、及居於爾中之孤寡、俱可於主爾天主所選為其名所在之處、歡樂於主爾之天主前、爾當追憶昔爾為奴在伊及、故當謹守遵行此諸律例、○

至第七日、天主造物之工已竣、遂於第七日安息、因此日天主造萬物之工已竣而安息、故降福於此日、定為聖日、

傭人貧乏、無論同族及旅於爾地、寄居於爾邑之外邦客旅、不可欺之、當日必給以值、勿待至日沒、因其貧乏、心慕其值、恐彼為爾故呼籲於主而罪歸爾、○不可因子殺父、因父殺子、人有犯罪、祗殺其人、○客旅與孤子有訟、不可偏斷、勿取嫠婦之衣為質、爾當追憶昔爾在伊及為奴、主爾之天主拯爾於彼、故我諭爾行此、爾於田間刈禾、若忘一束在田、勿返以取之、當留於客旅孤寡、則於凡爾所為、主爾之天主必賜福於爾、爾撲油果樹、枝有遺果、不可再撲、當留於客旅孤寡、爾摘葡萄園之果、不可再摘所遺者、當留於客旅孤寡、爾當追憶昔爾在伊及為奴、故我諭爾行此、
