牛觸男女、致死者、必以石斃牛、不食其肉、無罪牛主。若牛昔嘗觸人、已告牛主、而主不禁、至殺男女、則以石斃牛、牛主償命。

如人與獸淫合、必殺無赦、亦必殺獸。如女淫於獸、其罪歸之、俱殺無赦。
