Put limits for the people around the mountain and tell them,‘ Be careful that you do not approach the mountain or touch the foot of it. Whoever touches the mountain is to be put to death.

耶和华对摩西说：“你下去警告人民，不可闯过来，到我这里观看，免得他们中间有很多人灭亡。

只是你们和约柜之间应有一段距离，相隔约一公里，不可走近约柜，好使你们知道你们应走的路，因为这条路你们以前没有走过。”

你要吩咐人民说：“你们的兄弟以扫的子孙，住在西珥，你们现在要经过他们的境界；他们必惧怕你们，所以你们要十分谨慎。

法老对摩西说：“你离开我去吧，你要小心，不要再见我的面；因为你再见我面的时候，你必定死。”

你要小心，不可与你所去的那地的居民立约，恐怕这事在你中间成为陷阱。

摩西对耶和华说：“人民不能上西奈山，因为你曾经警告我们，说：‘要给山定界限，也要把山分别为圣。’”

“你只要自己谨慎，又要谨守你的心思，免得你忘了你亲眼看见的事，又免得这些事在你有生之日离开你的心；总要把这些事传给你的子子孙孙，
