And the name of the other[ was] Eliezer; for the God of my father,[ said he, was] mine help, and delivered me from the sword of Pharaoh:

其一命名以利亞撒、以利亞撒譯即天主救助之義蓋曰、我父之天主救助我、拯我脫於法老之刀云、

and the other was named Eliezer, for he said,“ My father’s God was my helper; he saved me from the sword of Pharaoh.”

The other was named Eliezer. That’s because Moses had said,“ My father’s God helped me. He saved me from Pharaoh’s sword.”

and the name of the other, Eliezer( for he said,“ The God of my father was my help, and delivered me from the sword of Pharaoh”).

His second son was named Eliezer, for Moses had said,“ The God of my ancestors was my helper; he rescued me from the sword of Pharaoh.”)

and the other Eliezer( because he had said,“ The God of my father was my helper and rescued me from Pharaoh’s sword”).

And the other was named Eliezer, for he said,“ The God of my father was my help, and saved me from the sword of Pharaoh.”

and the name of the other was Eliezer( for he said,“ The God of my father was my help, and delivered me from the sword of Pharaoh”);

and the name of the other was Eliezer; for he said, The God of my father was my help, and delivered me from the sword of Pharaoh.

and the other Eliezer( because he had said,“ The God of my father was my helper and delivered me from Pharaoh’s sword”).

and the other Eliezer( for Moses had said,“ The God of my father has been my help and delivered me from the sword of Pharaoh”).

The name of the other was Eliezer, for he said,“ My father’s God was my help and delivered me from Pharaoh’s sword.”

And when Peter was come to himself, he said, Now I know of a surety, that the Lord hath sent his angel, and hath delivered me out of the hand of Herod, and[ from] all the expectation of the people of the Jews.

Notwithstanding the Lord stood with me, and strengthened me; that by me the preaching might be fully known, and[ that] all the Gentiles might hear: and I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion.

For we would not, brethren, have you ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed out of measure, above strength, insomuch that we despaired even of life:But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead:Who delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver: in whom we trust that he will yet deliver[ us];

So that we may boldly say, The Lord[ is] my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.

My God hath sent his angel, and hath shut the lions’ mouths, that they have not hurt me: forasmuch as before him innocency was found in me; and also before thee, O king, have I done no hurt.

God[ is] our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

I will love thee, O LORD, my strength.

I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.

He delivereth me from mine enemies: yea, thou liftest me up above those that rise up against me: thou hast delivered me from the violent man.

For the Lord GOD will help me; therefore shall I not be confounded: therefore have I set my face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be ashamed.[ He is] near that justifieth me; who will contend with me? let us stand together: who[ is] mine adversary? let him come near to me.Behold, the Lord GOD will help me; who[ is] he[ that] shall condemn me? lo, they all shall wax old as a garment; the moth shall eat them up.

The sons of Moses[ were], Gershom, and Eliezer.

Now when Pharaoh heard this thing, he sought to slay Moses. But Moses fled from the face of Pharaoh, and dwelt in the land of Midian: and he sat down by a well.
