「你出去與仇敵作戰，若看見馬匹、戰車，以及比你更多的士兵，不要怕他們，因為領你出埃及地的耶和華－你的上帝與你同在。

凡我所吩咐你們的，都教導他們遵守。看哪，我天天與你們同在，直到世代的終結。」

教導智慧人，他就越有智慧，指示義人，他就增長學問。

摩西聽了他岳父的話，照着他所說的一切去做。

我豈沒有吩咐你嗎？你當剛強壯膽，不要懼怕，也不要驚惶，因為你無論往哪裏去，耶和華你的上帝必與你同在。」

他要替你向百姓說話；他要當你的口，你要當他的上帝。

婢女想：『我主我王的話必安慰我』；因為我主我王能辨別是非，如同上帝的使者一樣。惟願耶和華－你的上帝與你同在！」
