When Moses’ hands grew tired, they took a stone and put it under him and he sat on it. Aaron and Hur held his hands up— one on one side, one on the other— so that his hands remained steady till sunset.

When Moses’ arms got tired, Aaron and Hur got a stone and put it under him. Then he sat on it. Aaron and Hur held up his hands. Aaron was on one side, and Hur was on the other. Moses’ hands remained steady until sunset.

But Moses’ hands grew weary, so they took a stone and put it under him, and he sat on it, while Aaron and Hur held up his hands, one on one side, and the other on the other side. So his hands were steady until the going down of the sun.

你们要使软弱的手坚壮，无力的膝稳固。

请弟兄们为我们祷告。

因为我知道，这事藉着你们的祈祷和耶稣基督之灵的帮助，终必叫我得救。

你们以祈祷帮助我们，好叫许多人为我们谢恩，就是为我们因许多人所得的恩。

抽出枪来，挡住那追赶我的；求你对我的灵魂说：“我是拯救你的。”

耶稣回来，见他们睡着了，就对彼得说：“西门，你睡觉吗？不能警醒片时吗？总要警醒祷告，免得入了迷惑。你们心灵固然愿意，肉体却软弱了。”耶稣又去祷告，说的话还是与先前一样，又来见他们睡着了，因为他们的眼睛甚是困倦；他们也不知道怎么回答。

所以，你们要把下垂的手、发酸的腿挺起来；

来到门徒那里，见他们睡着了，就对彼得说：“怎么样？你们不能同我警醒片时吗？总要警醒祷告，免得入了迷惑。你们心灵固然愿意，肉体却软弱了。”第二次又去祷告说：“我父啊，这杯若不能离开我，必要我喝，就愿你的意旨成全。”又来，见他们睡着了，因为他们的眼睛困倦。耶稣又离开他们去了。第三次祷告，说的话还是与先前一样。于是来到门徒那里，对他们说：“现在你们仍然睡觉安歇吧！时候到了，人子被卖在罪人手里了。

只要凭着信心求，一点不疑惑；因为那疑惑的人，就像海中的波浪，被风吹动翻腾。

靠着圣灵，随时多方祷告祈求；并要在此警醒不倦，为众圣徒祈求，

你们要恒切祷告，在此警醒感恩。
