我必使之剛愎厥心、追襲於後、我將獲榮於法老、及其軍旅、俾埃及人知我為耶和華、以色列人遂如是行、

我使法老剛愎其心、追以色列人、我則因法老與其全軍而獲大榮、俾伊及人知我乃主、以色列人遂如此行、

And I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, and he will pursue them. But I will gain glory for myself through Pharaoh and all his army, and the Egyptians will know that I am the Lord.” So the Israelites did this.

I will make Pharaoh stubborn. He will chase them. But I will gain glory for myself because of what will happen to Pharaoh and his whole army. And the Egyptians will know that I am the Lord.” So the Israelites camped by the Red Sea.

And I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, and he will pursue them, and I will get glory over Pharaoh and all his host, and the Egyptians shall know that I am the Lord.” And they did so.

And once again I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, and he will chase after you. I have planned this in order to display my glory through Pharaoh and his whole army. After this the Egyptians will know that I am the Lord!” So the Israelites camped there as they were told.

若上帝欲彰其怒、示其能、以恆忍包容可怒之器、備以毀敗者、且欲示其豐富之榮於矜恤之器、備以獲榮者、

我伸手於埃及、導以色列民出其間、則埃及人知我為耶和華、

蓋經諭法老云、我之興爾、特彰我能於爾、揚我名於天下、

我將使之剛愎厥心、且多行我之異蹟奇事於埃及、

然我之立爾、實欲顯我能於爾、且揚我名於天下、

耶和華曰、我將以杖擊河水、其水必變為血、緣此、爾乃知我為耶和華、

爾吹以風、海則淹之、如鉛之沉、沒於洪水、耶和華歟、諸神之中、誰其似汝、既聖且榮、可頌可畏、施行異蹟、孰堪比擬、

然為我名之故、別有施行、免我名見辱於其所處之國、因我顯見、導我民出埃及、彼目睹之也、

我必使埃及人剛愎厥心、追入於海、我將因法老、及其軍旅車騎而獲榮焉、我既獲榮於法老、及其車騎、則埃及人始知我為耶和華、

列邦聞之而戰慄、非利士居民因之而悽愴、以東侯伯悚惶、摩押英豪震慴、迦南居民銷鑠、驚駭恐懼、臨及其身、耶和華歟、因爾巨臂、彼皆寂然如石、俟爾之民過焉、俟爾所贖之民過焉、

曰、此非大巴比倫、我以大能大力建為王都、彰我威榮乎、言未竟、自天有聲曰、尼布甲尼撒王歟、有言告爾、國位已離爾矣、爾將被逐、離乎人羣、與野獸同居、囓草如牛、歷至七期、迨爾知至上者治世人之國、隨意畀人、斯言即時驗於尼布甲尼撒、被逐離乎人羣、囓草如牛、身為天露所濡、迨及髮長若鷹毛、甲長若鳥爪、厥期既盡、我尼布甲尼撒舉目望天、靈性遂復、乃稱謝至上者、頌美尊崇永生者、其權永存、其國歷世弗替、地上居民、悉若無有、彼於天上軍旅、地上億兆、隨意而行、無能阻其手、或詰之曰、爾何為者、是時我靈性已復、我仍得威嚴光輝、致國獲榮、我之議士大臣、再朝覲我、我復堅立於國位、威勢增益於我躬、今我尼布甲尼撒、頌美稱揚尊崇天上之王、其所行者、悉為真實、其道公義、惟驕泰而行者、則降而卑之、

此後我聞在天若羣眾之大聲、曰、哈利路亞、救與榮與能、皆歸我之上帝、以其鞫真且義也、蓋曾鞫以淫污世之大妓、且於彼身伸其諸僕流血之冤、又曰、哈利路亞、焚彼之煙上騰、以至世世、二十四長老、與四生物、遂伏拜居於座之上帝曰、阿們、哈利路亞、有聲自座出、曰、凡為其僕而畏之者、卑與尊皆宜頌我上帝、我又聞若羣眾之聲、眾水之聲、大雷之聲、曰、哈利路亞、蓋主我上帝全能者王矣、

耶和華諭摩西曰、汝歸時、我所示爾之異蹟、務行於法老前、我將使之剛愎厥心、不釋斯民、當告法老曰、耶和華云、以色列乃我冢子、故我諭爾、宜釋吾子、俾其崇事於我、而爾不欲釋之、我必殺爾冢子、摩西於途間之旅邸、耶和華遇之、欲致之死、西坡拉取火石、為子行割、擲皮於其足前、曰、爾為我流血之夫矣、既而耶和華釋之、婦言爾為我流血之夫、以行割故也、○耶和華諭亞倫曰、往於野、迓摩西、乃往、遇於上帝之山、與之接吻、摩西以耶和華遣之之言、及命其所行之異蹟、悉告亞倫、摩西亞倫遂往集以色列長老、亞倫以耶和華諭摩西之言告之、並行異蹟於民前、民乃信之、既聞耶和華眷顧以色列人、鑒其困苦、遂俯首崇拜焉、

法老剛愎厥心、不聽從之、如耶和華所言、○耶和華諭摩西曰、法老心頑、不欲釋民、

耶和華使埃及王法老剛愎厥心、追襲以色列人、以色列人毅然而出、

是日也、人之高視必降、人之驕矜必卑、惟耶和華獨見崇高、蓋萬軍之耶和華、將有一日臨及驕矜者、狂傲者、自高者、降之為卑、

斯土眾民瘞之、而得令名、於我獲榮之日、主耶和華言之矣、

今知耶和華較諸神為大、即於埃及人狂傲之事顯之也、

遂行異蹟奇事、以懲法老、及其臣僕國民、蓋其狂傲待我列祖、為爾所知、是以爾名洋溢、有如今日、

如經云、上帝賦之以昏昧之心、目不見、耳不聞、至於今日、

曰、主耶和華云、西頓乎、我為爾敵、必得榮於爾中、我既行鞫於爾、顯己為聖、眾則知我乃耶和華、
