以色列族中、凡首生者、無論人畜、皆當為我區別為聖、乃屬於我、○

牛羊首生之牡者、當區別為聖、獻於爾上帝耶和華、首生之牛、毋令其耕、首生之羊、毋剪其毛、

如主律所載、凡初胎之男、必稱聖歸主也、

凡初胎男子、首生牡畜、奉於耶和華者、皆必歸爾、惟首生之男必贖、首生不潔之畜亦必贖、

蓋首生者、悉屬於我、昔在埃及戮其首生者時、我取以色列族之首生者、或人或畜、區別為聖、以歸於我、我乃耶和華也、○

惟首生之畜、或牛或羊、既歸耶和華為聖、不得再獻、乃屬於耶和華也、

穡中之穀、醡出之酒、奉我勿遲、首生男子、必獻於我、牛羊亦同此例、七日偕母、越至八日、必獻於我、

諸長子會咸集、即名錄於天者、暨鞫眾之上帝、並義人得完全之靈、

爾土所出之初實、必薦於爾上帝耶和華之室、烹山羊羔、勿用其母之乳、○

蓋利未人悉歸於我、我取其人、代以色列族初胎之男、使為我有、以色列族諸首生者、或人或畜、咸為我有、我戮埃及首生者時、區別之以歸我、

當告法老曰、耶和華云、以色列乃我冢子、

必以初胎之男子、首生之牡畜、區別歸於耶和華、首生之驢、必贖以羔、否則折其頸、爾中男子、凡為首生、必皆贖之、異日爾子若問爾曰、此何意也、則告之曰、耶和華以其手力、導我出埃及、脫於奴隸之室、法老頑梗、不釋我往、耶和華將埃及之首生者、或人或畜、盡皆誅戮、故我以首生之牡畜祭之、其初胎之男子、則贖之焉、

凡初胎男子、與首生牡畜、或牛或羊、皆屬於我、首生之驢、必贖以羔、否則折其頸、首生之男、必悉贖之、覲我者毋徒手、
