Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel, saying, In the tenth[ day] of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to the house of[ their] fathers, a lamb for an house:

Tell the whole community of Israel that on the tenth day of this month each man is to take a lamb for his family, one for each household.

Speak to the whole community of Israel. Tell them that on the tenth day of this month each man must get a lamb from his flock. A lamb should be chosen for each family and home.

Tell all the congregation of Israel that on the tenth day of this month every man shall take a lamb according to their fathers’ houses, a lamb for a household.

In the morning therefore ye shall be brought according to your tribes: and it shall be,[ that] the tribe which the LORD taketh shall come according to the families[ thereof]; and the family which the LORD shall take shall come by households; and the household which the LORD shall take shall come man by man.

And they said unto Moses, Speak thou with us, and we will hear: but let not God speak with us, lest we die.

Wherefore say unto the children of Israel, I[ am] the LORD, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with a stretched out arm, and with great judgments:

And the LORD said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward:

Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us:

And Samuel took a sucking lamb, and offered[ it for] a burnt offering wholly unto the LORD: and Samuel cried unto the LORD for Israel; and the LORD heard him.

On the next day much people that were come to the feast, when they heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem,

And he shall bring his trespass offering unto the LORD for his sin which he hath sinned, a female from the flock, a lamb or a kid of the goats, for a sin offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for him concerning his sin.

And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the LORD had respect unto Abel and to his offering:

And looking upon Jesus as he walked, he saith, Behold the Lamb of God!

And Josiah gave to the people, of the flock, lambs and kids, all for the passover offerings, for all that were present, to the number of thirty thousand, and three thousand bullocks: these[ were] of the king’s substance.

And Aaron spake all the words which the LORD had spoken unto Moses, and did the signs in the sight of the people.

And Abraham said, My son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering: so they went both of them together.

And ye shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month: and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it in the evening.

The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.

And the LORD spake unto Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, in the tabernacle of the congregation, on the first[ day] of the second month, in the second year after they were come out of the land of Egypt, saying,Take ye the sum of all the congregation of the children of Israel, after their families, by the house of their fathers, with the number of[ their] names, every male by their polls;From twenty years old and upward, all that are able to go forth to war in Israel: thou and Aaron shall number them by their armies.And with you there shall be a man of every tribe; every one head of the house of his fathers.And these[ are] the names of the men that shall stand with you: of[ the tribe of] Reuben; Elizur the son of Shedeur.Of Simeon; Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai.Of Judah; Nahshon the son of Amminadab.Of Issachar; Nethaneel the son of Zuar.Of Zebulun; Eliab the son of Helon.Of the children of Joseph: of Ephraim; Elishama the son of Ammihud: of Manasseh; Gamaliel the son of Pedahzur.Of Benjamin; Abidan the son of Gideoni.Of Dan; Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai.Of Asher; Pagiel the son of Ocran.Of Gad; Eliasaph the son of Deuel.Of Naphtali; Ahira the son of Enan.These[ were] the renowned of the congregation, princes of the tribes of their fathers, heads of thousands in Israel.And Moses and Aaron took these men which are expressed by[ their] names:And they assembled all the congregation together on the first[ day] of the second month, and they declared their pedigrees after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, by their polls.As the LORD commanded Moses, so he numbered them in the wilderness of Sinai.And the children of Reuben, Israel’s eldest son, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, by their polls, every male from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;Those that were numbered of them,[ even] of the tribe of Reuben,[ were] forty and six thousand and five hundred.Of the children of Simeon, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, those that were numbered of them, according to the number of the names, by their polls, every male from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;Those that were numbered of them,[ even] of the tribe of Simeon,[ were] fifty and nine thousand and three hundred.Of the children of Gad, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;Those that were numbered of them,[ even] of the tribe of Gad,[ were] forty and five thousand six hundred and fifty.Of the children of Judah, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;Those that were numbered of them,[ even] of the tribe of Judah,[ were] threescore and fourteen thousand and six hundred.Of the children of Issachar, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;Those that were numbered of them,[ even] of the tribe of Issachar,[ were] fifty and four thousand and four hundred.Of the children of Zebulun, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;Those that were numbered of them,[ even] of the tribe of Zebulun,[ were] fifty and seven thousand and four hundred.Of the children of Joseph,[ namely], of the children of Ephraim, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;Those that were numbered of them,[ even] of the tribe of Ephraim,[ were] forty thousand and five hundred.Of the children of Manasseh, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;Those that were numbered of them,[ even] of the tribe of Manasseh,[ were] thirty and two thousand and two hundred.Of the children of Benjamin, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;Those that were numbered of them,[ even] of the tribe of Benjamin,[ were] thirty and five thousand and four hundred.Of the children of Dan, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;Those that were numbered of them,[ even] of the tribe of Dan,[ were] threescore and two thousand and seven hundred.Of the children of Asher, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;Those that were numbered of them,[ even] of the tribe of Asher,[ were] forty and one thousand and five hundred.Of the children of Naphtali, throughout their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;Those that were numbered of them,[ even] of the tribe of Naphtali,[ were] fifty and three thousand and four hundred.These[ are] those that were numbered, which Moses and Aaron numbered, and the princes of Israel,[ being] twelve men: each one was for the house of his fathers.So were all those that were numbered of the children of Israel, by the house of their fathers, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war in Israel;Even all they that were numbered were six hundred thousand and three thousand and five hundred and fifty.But the Levites after the tribe of their fathers were not numbered among them.For the LORD had spoken unto Moses, saying,Only thou shalt not number the tribe of Levi, neither take the sum of them among the children of Israel:But thou shalt appoint the Levites over the tabernacle of testimony, and over all the vessels thereof, and over all things that[ belong] to it: they shall bear the tabernacle, and all the vessels thereof; and they shall minister unto it, and shall encamp round about the tabernacle.And when the tabernacle setteth forward, the Levites shall take it down: and when the tabernacle is to be pitched, the Levites shall set it up: and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.And the children of Israel shall pitch their tents, every man by his own camp, and every man by his own standard, throughout their hosts.But the Levites shall pitch round about the tabernacle of testimony, that there be no wrath upon the congregation of the children of Israel: and the Levites shall keep the charge of the tabernacle of testimony.And the children of Israel did according to all that the LORD commanded Moses, so did they.

Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, If any man of you bring an offering unto the LORD, ye shall bring your offering of the cattle,[ even] of the herd, and of the flock.

Thus shall it be done for one bullock, or for one ram, or for a lamb, or a kid.

Then Jesus six days before the passover came to Bethany, where Lazarus was which had been dead, whom he raised from the dead.

And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne.And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four[ and] twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power,[ be] unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.

After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb.And all the angels stood round about the throne, and[ about] the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God,Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might,[ be] unto our God for ever and ever. Amen.And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they?And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
