When you enter the land that the Lord will give you as he promised, observe this ceremony.

The Lord will give you the land, just as he promised. When you enter it, keep this holy day.

And when you come to the land that the Lord will give you, as he has promised, you shall keep this service.

When you enter the land the Lord has promised to give you, you will continue to observe this ceremony.

When you enter the land that the LORD will give you as he promised, you are to observe this ceremony.

I have come down to deliver them from the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up from that land to a land that is both good and spacious, to a land flowing with milk and honey, to the region of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites.

He handed the territory of nations over to them, and they took possession of what other peoples had produced,so that they might keep his commands and obey his laws. Praise the LORD!

So the Israelites camped in Gilgal and celebrated the Passover in the evening of the fourteenth day of the month on the plains of Jericho.They ate some of the produce of the land the day after the Passover, including unleavened bread and roasted grain.The manna stopped appearing the day they ate some of the produce of the land; the Israelites never ate manna again.

You may not sacrifice the Passover in just any of your villages that the LORD your God is giving you,but you must sacrifice it in the evening in the place where he chooses to locate his name, at sunset, the time of day you came out of Egypt.You must cook and eat it in the place the LORD your God chooses; you may return the next morning to your tents.You must eat bread made without yeast for six days. The seventh day you are to hold an assembly for the LORD your God; you must not do any work on that day.You must count seven weeks; you must begin to count them from the time you begin to harvest the standing grain.

Look! I have taught you statutes and ordinances just as the LORD my God told me to do, so that you might carry them out in the land you are about to enter and possess.

You must not do like we are doing here today, with everyone doing what seems best to him,for you have not yet come to the final stop and inheritance the LORD your God is giving you.
