王下詔書，用各省的文字、各族的語言通知各省，使凡作丈夫的在家中作主，各說本地的語言。

他曾救我們脫離那極大的死亡，他要繼續救我們，而且我們指望他將來還要救我們。你們也要一同用祈禱來幫助我們，好使許多人為我們感恩，因着他們許多的禱告，我們獲得了恩賜。

耶和華對摩西說：「你要把這事記錄在書上作紀念，又念給約書亞聽：我要把亞瑪力的名字從天下全然塗去。」

說吧，以色列：「若不是耶和華幫助我們，若不是耶和華幫助我們，當人起來攻擊我們，那時，人向我們發怒，就把我們活活吞了；

正月十三日，王的一些書記受召而來，照着哈曼一切所吩咐的，用各省的文字、各族的語言，奉亞哈隨魯王的名寫諭旨，又用王的戒指蓋印，傳給王的總督、各省的省長，以及各族的領袖。

現在你們要寫下這首歌，教導以色列人，放在他們口中，使這首歌成為我指責以色列人的見證。因為我將他們領進我向他們列祖起誓應許那流奶與蜜之地，他們在那裏吃得飽足，長得肥胖，就偏向別神，事奉它們，藐視我，背棄我的約。當許多禍患災難臨到他們的時候，這首歌必在他們面前作見證，因為他們後裔的口必吟誦不忘。我未領他們到我所起誓應許之地以先，他們所懷的意念我都知道了。」當日摩西就寫了一首歌，教導以色列人。

這一代要對那一代頌讚你的作為，他們要傳揚你的大能。他們要述說你威嚴榮耀的尊榮，我要默念你奇妙的作為。人要傳講你可畏的能力，我也要傳揚你的偉大。他們要將你可記念的大恩傳開，並要高唱你的公義。耶和華有恩惠，有憐憫，不輕易發怒，大有慈愛。耶和華善待萬有，他的憐憫覆庇他一切所造的。耶和華啊，你一切所造的都要稱謝你，你的聖民也要稱頌你。他們要傳講你國度的榮耀，談論你的大能，好讓世人知道你大能的作為和你國度威嚴的榮耀。

他僕人以色列的後裔，他所揀選雅各的子孫哪，要記念他奇妙的作為和他的奇事，並他口中的判語。
