There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called;

There is one body and one Spirit. You were appointed to one hope when you were chosen.

For through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father.

Now there are different gifts, but the same Spirit.There are different ministries, but the same Lord.And there are different activities, but the same God activates each gift in each person.A demonstration of the Spirit is given to each person to produce what is beneficial:to one is given a message of wisdom through the Spirit, to another, a message of knowledge by the same Spirit,to another, faith by the same Spirit, to another, gifts of healing by the one Spirit,to another, the performing of miracles, to another, prophecy, to another, distinguishing between spirits, to another, different kinds of languages, to another, interpretation of languages.But one and the same Spirit is active in all these, distributing to each person as He wills.For as the body is one and has many parts, and all the parts of that body, though many, are one body— so also is Christ.For we were all baptized by one Spirit into one body— whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free— and we were all made to drink of one Spirit.

Now as we have many parts in one body, and all the parts do not have the same function,in the same way we who are many are one body in Christ and individually members of one another.

He did this so that He might reconcile both to God in one body through the cross and put the hostility to death by it.

Therefore I, the prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk worthy of the calling you have received,

in the hope of eternal life that God, who cannot lie, promised before time began.

Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,

since we are members of His body.

I pray that the perception of your mind may be enlightened so you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the glorious riches of His inheritance among the saints,

Now there are many parts, yet one body.

because of the hope reserved for you in heaven. You have already heard about this hope in the message of truth, the gospel

The man who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence indeed is the Lord, is blessed.

so that through two unchangeable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled for refuge might have strong encouragement to seize the hope set before us.We have this hope as an anchor for our lives, safe and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain.

And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself just as He is pure.

On the contrary, we believe we are saved through the grace of the Lord Jesus in the same way they are.”

May our Lord Jesus Christ Himself and God our Father, who has loved us and given us eternal encouragement and good hope by grace,

Because there is one bread, we who are many are one body, for all of us share that one bread.

who through Him are believers in God, who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God.

Hope of Israel, its Savior in time of distress, why are You like a foreigner in the land, like a traveler stopping only for the night?

For if a person comes and preaches another Jesus, whom we did not preach, or you receive a different spirit, which you had not received, or a different gospel, which you had not accepted, you put up with it splendidly!

And let the peace of the Messiah, to which you were also called in one body, control your hearts. Be thankful.

You also are being built together for God’s dwelling in the Spirit.

while we wait for the blessed hope and appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Praise the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. According to His great mercy, He has given us a new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the deadand into an inheritance that is imperishable, uncorrupted, and unfading, kept in heaven for you.

Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the command of God our Savior and of Christ Jesus our hope:

so that having been justified by His grace, we may become heirs with the hope of eternal life.
