Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared: for[ this] day[ is] holy unto our Lord: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the LORD is your strength.So the Levites stilled all the people, saying, Hold your peace, for the day[ is] holy; neither be ye grieved.And all the people went their way to eat, and to drink, and to send portions, and to make great mirth, because they had understood the words that were declared unto them.

And they sacrificed sacrifices unto the LORD, and offered burnt offerings unto the LORD, on the morrow after that day,[ even] a thousand bullocks, a thousand rams,[ and] a thousand lambs, with their drink offerings, and sacrifices in abundance for all Israel:And did eat and drink before the LORD on that day with great gladness. And they made Solomon the son of David king the second time, and anointed[ him] unto the LORD[ to be] the chief governor, and Zadok[ to be] priest.Then Solomon sat on the throne of the LORD as king instead of David his father, and prospered; and all Israel obeyed him.

But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.

And Moses took the blood, and sprinkled[ it] on the people, and said, Behold the blood of the covenant, which the LORD hath made with you concerning all these words.Then went up Moses, and Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel:And they saw the God of Israel: and[ there was] under his feet as it were a paved work of a sapphire stone, and as it were the body of heaven in[ his] clearness.And upon the nobles of the children of Israel he laid not his hand: also they saw God, and did eat and drink.

And thou shalt rejoice in thy feast, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite, the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that[ are] within thy gates.Seven days shalt thou keep a solemn feast unto the LORD thy God in the place which the LORD shall choose: because the LORD thy God shall bless thee in all thine increase, and in all the works of thine hands, therefore thou shalt surely rejoice.

And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the LORD had respect unto Abel and to his offering:But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell.

And ye shall rejoice before the LORD your God, ye, and your sons, and your daughters, and your menservants, and your maidservants, and the Levite that[ is] within your gates; forasmuch as he hath no part nor inheritance with you.

Jesus saith unto him, Go thy way; thy son liveth. And the man believed the word that Jesus had spoken unto him, and he went his way.

Why saidst thou, She[ is] my sister? so I might have taken her to me to wife: now therefore behold thy wife, take[ her], and go thy way.

On the eighth day he sent the people away: and they blessed the king, and went unto their tents joyful and glad of heart for all the goodness that the LORD had done for David his servant, and for Israel his people.

But rather give alms of such things as ye have; and, behold, all things are clean unto you.

And the whole assembly took counsel to keep other seven days: and they kept[ other] seven days with gladness.For Hezekiah king of Judah did give to the congregation a thousand bullocks and seven thousand sheep; and the princes gave to the congregation a thousand bullocks and ten thousand sheep: and a great number of priests sanctified themselves.And all the congregation of Judah, with the priests and the Levites, and all the congregation that came out of Israel, and the strangers that came out of the land of Israel, and that dwelt in Judah, rejoiced.So there was great joy in Jerusalem: for since the time of Solomon the son of David king of Israel[ there was] not the like in Jerusalem.Then the priests the Levites arose and blessed the people: and their voice was heard, and their prayer came[ up] to his holy dwelling place,[ even] unto heaven.

And he said unto her, For this saying go thy way; the devil is gone out of thy daughter.
