这事以后，那妇人，就是那家的女主人，她的儿子病了，病得很重，甚至没有气息。妇人对以利亚说：“神人哪，我跟你有什么关系，你竟到我这里来，使神记起我的罪，以致我的儿子死了呢？”

所以，他将猛烈的怒气和战争的威力倾倒在以色列身上；在他周围如火燃起，他竟然不知，烧着了，他也不在意。

耶和华的怒气必不转消，直到他心中所定的成就了，实现了。末后的日子，你们要全然明白。

他磨炼你，任你饥饿，将你和你列祖所不认识的吗哪赐给你吃，使你知道，人活着，不是单靠食物，乃是靠耶和华口里所出的一切话。
