Dreaming too much and talking too much are meaningless. So have respect for God.

爾見國中貧者受虐、或見審鞫時顛倒是非、勿因此驚疑、蓋人居高位、有較彼位高者鑒察之、鑒察之或作治理之其上又有至高者、

Much dreaming and many words are meaningless. Therefore fear God.

For when dreams increase and words grow many, there is vanity; but God is the one you must fear.

Talk is cheap, like daydreams and other useless activities. Fear God instead.

Everything has now been heard. And here’s the final thing I want to say. Have respect for God and obey his commandments. This is what he expects of all human beings.

It’s good to hold on to both of those things. Don’t let go of either one. Whoever has respect for God will avoid going too far in either direction.

But here is what I tell you. On judgment day, everyone will have to account for every empty word they have spoken.

I know that everything God does will last forever. Nothing can be added to it. And nothing can be taken from it. God does that so people will have respect for him.

Do not long for what sinners have. But always show great respect for the Lord.

Many worries result in dreams. Many words result in foolish talk.

An evil person may be guilty of a hundred crimes. Yet they may still live a long time. But I know that things will go better with those who have great respect for God.

Does anyone among you have respect for the Lord? Does anyone obey the message of the Lord’ s servant? Let the person who walks in the dark trust in the Lord. Let the one who doesn’t have any light to guide them depend on their God.But all you sinners who light fires should go ahead and walk in their light. You who carry flaming torches should walk in their light. Here’s what I’m going to do to you. I’ll make you lie down in great pain.
