But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law,

“ Is there not a time of hard service for man on earth? Are not his days also like the days of a hired man?

At this time Moses was born, and was well pleasing to God; and he was brought up in his father’s house for three months.

He grants the barren woman a home, Like a joyful mother of children. Praise the Lord!

If a man dies, shall he live again? All the days of my hard service I will wait, Till my change comes.

In those days Hezekiah was sick and near death. And Isaiah the prophet, the son of Amoz, went to him and said to him,“ Thus says the Lord:‘ set your house in order, for you shall die and not live.’”

“ Sing, O barren, You who have not borne! Break forth into singing, and cry aloud, You who have not labored with child! For more are the children of the desolate Than the children of the married woman,” says the Lord.

The instant I speak concerning a nation and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, to pull down, and to destroy it,if that nation against whom I have spoken turns from its evil, I will relent of the disaster that I thought to bring upon it.And the instant I speak concerning a nation and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it,if it does evil in My sight so that it does not obey My voice, then I will relent concerning the good with which I said I would benefit it.

“ Then I pleaded with the Lord at that time, saying:‘ O Lord GOD, You have begun to show Your servant Your greatness and Your mighty hand, for what god is there in heaven or on earth who can do anything like Your works and Your mighty deeds?I pray, let me cross over and see the good land beyond the Jordan, those pleasant mountains, and Lebanon.’“ But the Lord was angry with me on your account, and would not listen to me. So the Lord said to me:‘ Enough of that! Speak no more to Me of this matter.

So Moses the servant of the Lord died there in the land of Moab, according to the word of the Lord.

See, I have this day set you over the nations and over the kingdoms, To root out and to pull down, To destroy and to throw down, To build and to plant.”

The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness,

But behold, you will be mute and not able to speak until the day these things take place, because you did not believe my words which will be fulfilled in their own time.”

But He answered and said,“ Every plant which My heavenly Father has not planted will be uprooted.

He dug it up and cleared out its stones, And planted it with the choicest vine. He built a tower in its midst, And also made a winepress in it; So He expected it to bring forth good grapes, But it brought forth wild grapes.“ And now, O inhabitants of Jerusalem and men of Judah, Judge, please, between Me and My vineyard.What more could have been done to My vineyard That I have not done in it? Why then, when I expected it to bring forth good grapes, Did it bring forth wild grapes?And now, please let Me tell you what I will do to My vineyard: I will take away its hedge, and it shall be burned; And break down its wall, and it shall be trampled down.

He said to them,‘ An enemy has done this.’ The servants said to him,‘ Do you want us then to go and gather them up?’But he said,‘ No, lest while you gather up the tares you also uproot the wheat with them.

Therefore they sought to take Him; but no one laid a hand on Him, because His hour had not yet come.

“ Aaron shall be gathered to his people, for he shall not enter the land which I have given to the children of Israel, because you rebelled against My word at the water of Meribah.Take Aaron and Eleazar his son, and bring them up to Mount Hor;and strip Aaron of his garments and put them on Eleazar his son; for Aaron shall be gathered to his people and die there.”So Moses did just as the Lord commanded, and they went up to Mount Hor in the sight of all the congregation.Moses stripped Aaron of his garments and put them on Eleazar his son; and Aaron died there on the top of the mountain. Then Moses and Eleazar came down from the mountain.

But the angel said to him,“ Do not be afraid, Zacharias, for your prayer is heard; and your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you shall call his name John.

And the Lord visited Sarah as He had said, and the Lord did for Sarah as He had spoken.For Sarah conceived and bore Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him.

Those who were full have hired themselves out for bread, And the hungry have ceased to hunger. Even the barren has borne seven, And she who has many children has become feeble.

“ Thus you shall say to him,‘ Thus says the Lord:“ Behold, what I have built I will break down, and what I have planted I will pluck up, that is, this whole land.

God shall likewise destroy you forever; He shall take you away, and pluck you out of your dwelling place, And uproot you from the land of the living. Selah

Now the Lord said to Moses:“ Go up into this Mount Abarim, and see the land which I have given to the children of Israel.And when you have seen it, you also shall be gathered to your people, as Aaron your brother was gathered.For in the Wilderness of Zin, during the strife of the congregation, you rebelled against My command to hallow Me at the waters before their eyes.”( These are the waters of Meribah, at Kadesh in the Wilderness of Zin.)

“ But when the time of the promise drew near which God had sworn to Abraham, the people grew and multiplied in Egypt

But My covenant I will establish with Isaac, whom Sarah shall bear to you at this set time next year.”

“ Go and tell Hezekiah,‘ Thus says the Lord, the God of David your father:“ I have heard your prayer, I have seen your tears; surely I will add to your days fifteen years.
