I know that nothing is better for them than to rejoice, and to do good in their lives,

我知道世人，莫强如终身喜乐行善；

我知道，人除了终身喜乐纳福，没有一件幸福的事。

我知道，人除了终身喜乐纳福，没有一件幸福的事。

我认识到，人生在世没有什么比欢乐、享受更好。

我晓得人生最好是寻乐享福，

我知道：人一生中没有什么比喜乐和行善更好的；

我知道世人，莫強如終身喜樂行善；

我知道，人除了終身喜樂納福，沒有一件幸福的事。

我知道，人除了終身喜樂納福，沒有一件幸福的事。

我認識到，人生在世沒有什麼比歡樂、享受更好。

我曉得人生最好是尋樂享福，

我知道世人莫如時常歡喜、一生享樂；

我知道：人一生中沒有什麼比喜樂和行善更好的；

我知世人畢生懽愉行善、無愈於此、

以我觀之、人在斯世、莫若為善而享福。

我知世人終身、惟有喜樂與行善為美、

I know that there is nothing better for people than to be happy and to do good while they live.

People should be happy and do good while they live. I know there’s nothing better for them to do than that.

I perceived that there is nothing better for them than to be joyful and to do good as long as they live;

So I concluded there is nothing better than to be happy and enjoy ourselves as long as we can.

I know that there is nothing better for them than to rejoice and enjoy the good life.

I know that there is nothing better for them than to rejoice and to do good in one’s lifetime;

I know that there is nothing better for them, than to rejoice, and to do good so long as they live.

I know that there is nothing better for them than to rejoice and enjoy the good life.

I know that[ there is] no good in them, but for[ a man] to rejoice, and to do good in his life.

I have concluded that there is nothing better for people than to be happy and to enjoy themselves as long as they live,

I know that there is nothing better for them than to rejoice, and to do good as long as they live.

So I perceived that nothing is better than that a man should rejoice in his own works, for that is his heritage. For who can bring him to see what will happen after him?

Trust in the Lord, and do good; Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness.

See that no one renders evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue what is good both for yourselves and for all.Rejoice always,

Let them do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to give, willing to share,

Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand.Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy— meditate on these things.The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you.

But rather give alms of such things as you have; then indeed all things are clean to you.

And it shall be, that just as the Lord rejoiced over you to do you good and multiply you, so the Lord will rejoice over you to destroy you and bring you to nothing; and you shall be plucked from off the land which you go to possess.

Go, eat your bread with joy, And drink your wine with a merry heart; For God has already accepted your works.Let your garments always be white, And let your head lack no oil.Live joyfully with the wife whom you love all the days of your vain life which He has given you under the sun, all your days of vanity; for that is your portion in life, and in the labor which you perform under the sun.

I have shown you in every way, by laboring like this, that you must support the weak. And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said,‘ It is more blessed to give than to receive.’”

You meet him who rejoices and does righteousness, Who remembers You in Your ways. You are indeed angry, for we have sinned— In these ways we continue; And we need to be saved.
